Location: near metro station vezneciler, tramway station laleli (5 min walk), near sehzade mosque, suleymaniye mosque, laleli mosque, heart of the city

Walking distance to metro, blue mosque and restaurants. There's always vibe in this street till late at night. Great place

This is a very standard hotel. Very good location. Corridors stink of cigerettes. They also confiscated my sheesha from the room without even telling me..? Wasnt impressed at all. But all in all very good hotel with good prices and fairly clean.

Very nice and warm welcome clean rooms nice excellent breakfast needs follow up maintenance and sound proof for rooms from disco music plus its near metro station in general excellent position

Disapointed, we’ve been cheated by the women of the reception, after beeing sure we had payed in advance she gaves us a twin room while we resreved a double room in booking, the room was very noisy in the first floor just up the discothèque
After we made a reclamation they gave us a verry verry small room in the third floor with a great smell of moisture
The breakfast was average with a coloured water instead of the real juice wich was payfull
Otherwise, the womens of the house-cleaning was verry kind and trustworthyresponse / report this review -

Nice hotel
There is one lady called SHIMAA she is very nice , helpful and friendly . She cares about gust and always give a good advice
Rooms are a bit small but nice

I spent 4 days here and if I have to come back to Istanbul again I'm SURE that I will book another hotel. Before me arriving I asked for shuttle, then nobody was waiting for me so finally I took a cab. At my arriving they pretended me to pay the shuttle I didn't take. Also, I paid for included breakfast, guess what! They didn't notice! After embracing talk with the waitress they realized they were wrong. Once again I asked for shuttle to the airport at my leaving at 6 pm. Nobody was waiting for my AGAIN! I've been waiting at least 1 hour at the reception until they managed everything.
Service was very awful at the beginning, and the stuff very unlikely. If you can choose something different, do it.
Rooms are old and toilet smells weird. No towels change. Very noisy. I give one star just because it's near to the historic places. Doesn't deserve to be 4 star hotel for far.response / report this review -

Never again. The room was dirty. No brush in the toilet to clean the mess. Poor breakfast. No fried eggs. No ommelette. Orange juice was 10 Turkish Lira chargeable. I have been asked to pay in advance while checking in the first night. The AC was dirty and I could see some powerful bacteria in it green&black dirt. Wondering if I would still be breathing the next day. Cleaning lady asking the next day if I needed my bedsheets changed or if it was unnecessary!! Well The club and disco on the pavement floor couldn't let us sleep till 3am all week long. We checked in Tuesday and we left on Friday and was very happy to leave the place. The only good thing is the location which was near the metro station and all bazaars and shops. Never again.
