One of the best five star hotels in town. Its location is probably the best over looking the Dolmabahce Palace. The view of most rooms looks to the magnificent Bosphorus and the roof has one of the best views of Bosphorus in Istanbul. The service quality is very established and the management is experienced. The hotel could use a renovation for some parts, thoigh.

This is the best hotel that I've stayed in, in Istanbul.
The staff is extremely friendly and polite. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is delicious
Eren in the restaurant was really friendly. Dima was really sweet and Asra from the guest services and Gürkan from concierge we're really helpful.

The room Bosphorus View is amazing , the staff are professional and the service is amazing . Location is good but you absolutely need a taxi to go anywhere.

Nice place and beautiful hotel to stay. All the staffs r so kind and highly trained. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much. Even the morning breakfast too very good. Surely I will tell my friends to stay here only..near for everything.

Excellent rooms and excellent view the only thing i wish was better the surrounding area and location but if you are planning to move around with taxi all the way it is excellent choice

Great hotel with amazing views. About 15-25 min ride from Sultanahmet which is the historic district and 8-10 min from Taksim square. Not so much walking distance from anything which is the only drawback.

I'm Extremely disappointed. I live in Istanbul and I wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday at a special place. I booked over a week in advance a garden view room and I called them to make sure the room is a good one and asked them for special arrangements for the birthday. They did not have any special arrangements for birthdays The room was very bad and had no privacy as the rooms overlook each other as if the guests of the room next door were sitting with us. The view was parking and street view and I asked them to change it which they did with worse rooms. For such price I could'be found many other options with really nice bosphorous views. I never expected this level

One of my nicest hotel stays. Breakfast was superb so try to get room with breakfast included. We were checked in and checked out by smiling and very accommodating staff. It is a very clean and upto date property. King size bed could have had a better mattress but it wasn't bad. I never like pillows at hotel rooms but the ones we had at swiss hotel were amazing, I bet you will have no reason to complain. Infact there is a complete "pillow menu" by the bed side to choose your pillows from. Will surely come back again.

The only place to stay, started with the most welcoming check-in and hospitality. They were accommodating with all of our requests . The suite facing the river was beautiful to look at. Great breakfast and awesome restaurants. The only place I would recommend to stay at when in town.
