Novotel is located very convenient, it's not huge hotel, but having everything necessary for comfortable stay.
Breakfasts in hotel are very good, they have great places to sit outside at the pool side with the sea view panorama.
Rooms are OK, a little bit compact but clean and with very good mattresses, which is important as well.
Hotel prices are affordable so for combination "quality -price" it's very good and recommended one for sure.response / report this review -

We stay in this Hotel from 12 April to 17 April 2018.
We are very regret to choose this Hotel to stay in Istanbul for our 5 days holiday.
The location is very BAD for tourist, far away from anywhere located on the Highway.
You have to use taxi to go out and comeback yo the hotel.
They have shuttle bus but not on time, not on schedule.
You must very carefull to choose the Hotel, do not trust with the advertisement and the photos promotion.
I'm not recommended for any tourist to stay in this Hotel.response / report this review -

Ugly and noisy location and sparce rooms. Staff is polite but service is not great. It's cheap but you get what you pay for.

Amazing hotel. Not too far away from the city centre. Really good buffet with big variety. Enormous room with good design. Huge and soft bed and couch also. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks in September 2017. The first thing that caught my attention was the amazing pool they have always clean and maintained. They're staff were all friendly and provided good customer service. The all-you-can eat breakfast is actually really good with more options then most 5 star hotels (but you do have to pay for it if it's not included in you're booking). They offer free parking If you do have a car. It's about a 10-15 minute drive to the old city depending on traffic. Now the downside to the hotel was there Beds. The beds were some sort of foam bed that were really soft, and you would sink in them. At least I did. It was not comfortable for me. The Carpet in the room were Dirty and stained, Definitely need to be changed. Gym is very basic with poor ventilation to the room. Otherwise, was a good stay with a good view.

A decent hotel overall and pretty reasonably priced. Nice pool but crowded with kids. Although there is a restaurant in the hotel, it's quite awkward and the food is mediocor at best. The best part is the view and gym. Small but we'll equiped gym for a hotel.

The place is amazing as it's having amusing hotel services, neat and clean rooms. One of the plus point is it's a sea facing hotel. They also offer free shuttle service to visit Istanbul. Its a nice hotel to have a pleasant stay.

We booked two rooms for our holiday to Turkey. We came around the night time, and it was Ibrahim working at the reception. He was extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms were great with an amazing sea view. The hotel has a free shuttle service going to taksim square and sultanhamet every hour or so, which was very helpful. On one particular occasion Ibrahim helped us till late night to make plans for the next few days. He was friends with tour agents, and we got all the information we needed to make sure we carry out our activities. He drew us paths on the map to make sure we knew we were going. It was 2.30 in the morning, and without any hesitation he was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure we have an incredible time (which we did). The breakfast buffet they offer is amazing. There is a vast variety of breakfast items, and if there is something you want specially made for you, you can ask one of the staff members and the chef will make it for you.
In a nutshell, our stay at this hotel was the best decision we made. I would recommend everyone to book a room here if they are visiting Turkey.response / report this review -

Comfortable beds, is the first thing that comes to mind and second is the view of the water even though you see all the massive cargo ships. The hotel room with double beds is a little small but it also gives a warm feeling. The bathroom is only the shower and the sink and the toilet is in totally different room by itself. I had a few meals downstairs in the restaurant close to the lobby and it was solid food served. I noticed there is even a bar/cafe there also. Like I said before the biggest thing for me regarding this hotel was the bed and this had me very happy!
