Perfect location, excellent breakfast, clean rooms, some staff are so cooperative and nice while other not. I booked the hotel through an agent, I reached the hotel at 8 am and despite that the agent requested early check in, I had to stay in the lobby with my family including three kids till 2 pm as the room was not available. We were tired from the overnight flight and could go out.

Rooms vary in size. The service is good. But make your reservation beforehand in order to get a better room for your buck. Breakfast is good.

I have been there for a meeting on the evening only. I think it is convenient destination for meeting purposes since placed at the centre if the city. Staff is kind and helpful. Some roads are in construction in front of the hotel, so need to be careful to get reach by car. By walk or motorbike is always more convenient way of transportation way in this district.

This is a very clean hotel in a very prime location a block away from the square which makes it close to Taksim square and noise free as you do not want to be located by the square!
The cleanliness is outstanding and the rooms are very comfortable! Great shampoo and shower gel products and lovely shoes mat and and all needed room accessories!
As for a higher floor so you can get the better view! Whether you are a couple or single, book a double bed with breakfast for one as the rest will be taken care of I can’t say more, but do not waste your money on paying for two 😘 Everyone will have breakfast and the staff are very lovely
I visited the heated pool very big compared to a city hotel and the gym as well is kept nice and tidy
Ask needed questions as you always discover more when you ask staff for what you can access in t he Spa steam, Sauna, pool and Gym!
The breakfast is amazing but not too much for a Vegan and enough things for a vegetarian!

Everything is great,and it has comfortable rooms .the staff are nice .the only thing that irritated us a bit, was that we got there at 7 am but we didn't get our room untill 3 pm .

I went to this hotel with my company to use one of their meeting rooms, they put us at the roof without any air conditioning, it was very hot and noisy. I'm thankful that i didn't book my room there. Their lunch was not that good so i kept having salad every day.

Quite a tiny room, felt quite suffocated actually. However, room was clean, wifi was super perfect and I had a nice view of the street from my high up room. Nothing much to comment on customer service since I travelled in a tour and that our tour guide took care of our needs. Breakfast the next morning wasn't anything spectacular, but sure, enough choices for a pleasant start of the day meal.

every thing is perfect here the food the service the pool and the location you can easily go shopping and walk or u can enjoy sitting in balconi and just enjoy the view
