Average. $30 additional per night to park vehicle. We parked on road. Cost us $4 each night. ;) Maybe we stayed in a cheaper room? priced at $292 for 2 nights. Basic shower over fairly small bath tub. Vanity had not much space at all for putting toilet bag make up etc mirror shelf is no good for putting make up on. ;) felt a bit crammed in bathroom. Rest was fairly spacious. Be sure to hang up towels and put out your green clean door hanger out, for your 2x free coffees the next morning. :) no towels by swimming pool so bring your room one with you. Cleaning staff kindly left more milk in fridge when requested. Would love to see NZ made natural body products in bathrooms. Promoting NZ made and with out SLS and propylene glycol etc. Compostable disposeable coffee cups would be much better too.

Nice place, really close to the downtown and Docklands. Confortable and affordable rooms. Free wifi and awesome views of the Sky Tower

Rooms were a little noisy as the windows didn't seal well. Very large rooms on 7th floor though. Well located

Fantastic location. Close to all stores and more. The rooms are old and the beds and sofa are very very old and dilapidated.
The location is the reason for my rating of 3.
They charge exorbitant rates for parking. There is parking available for half the price around. Just look it up.

Well priced and good location. My room was clean and adequately appointed and included a kitchenette. Shower is too narrow so the curtain keeps sticking to me (I hate that feeling) and I'm not a particularly big guy. Only breakfast served which really sucked as I had a very long day and didn't have the energy to go out last night but had to.

For the most part the front desk is friendly and courteous, and are willing to accommodate any requests as best they can. A paid breakfast is available, though it's quite the simple setup and has limited options. Additionally, they do not have any non dairy based milk available, which comes as a surprise given they're location.

Staff were very good. Location is handy. Rooms are old, and mine was very noisy as it was facing the main road. The bathrooms are awful if you are tall. Most of the fittings are old, tired and seeing out their last days. Not dreadful, but not great either.

This is a great hotel. The pool is so nice and the rooms are beautiful. All staff I spoke to were very kind.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Reasonably good location. The room was a bit cramped especially the bathroom. They made me pay the full room cost as well as $100 for incidentals upfront rather than just doing a credit card authorisation like most hotels do. It was an ok place but I wouldn't pay a lot for it. The breakfast was pretty mediocre.

My wife and I just stayed two nights and we will certainly stay again when we return to Auckland. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is an easy walk to the downtown or viaduct basin areas. The room itself is far better than many similar priced hotels I have stayed. We had a balcony with a nice view over the city. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great value for money!

My partner booked this place for us. Was a poor choice!
Place is pretty run down, especially the bathroom. Everything could have done with an upgrade really!
Other annoying thing was that the walls seemed paper thin. Could hear the people in the other room arrive back to their room at 1am and their conversation.
Would definitely suggest to stay else where.
