Clean and quiet hotel with large comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. I love the location, you can walk to the harbour in about 10 minutes and be among a huge selection of eating and drinking establishments.

Nice tapas and wine selection. We only stayed for drinks and snacks with friends, but staff we're great. Very friendly.

A very pleasant stay. The room eas comfortable and clean, the location was excellent with heaps of nice eateries nearby. The staff were amazing and kind. Our only issues were our room being a little noisy at it was next to the elevator shaft and being charged a fee to have our room service tray retrieved. Otherwise we were very happy. Thank you

Stayed here for 3 nights and was very pleased to start our new Zealand trip here. We arrived at 8 am and they were able to get us into a room right away, a huge bonus for our jet lagged family with 3 kids. We loved being so central to everything and walked to the sky center, sky tower, maritime museum, art museum and more with ease. It was a block away from the skybus drop-off, which helped as well.

Lovely hotel, lovely location and lovely staff. From check-in to breakfast to checkout, all the staff members were helpful and pleasant to deal with. There was a waiter at breakfast whose name I forgot, but he was very good with my children as he was engaging in conversation and doing magic tricks for them! Moe the porter was very nice too. After helping with the luggage (5 suitcases) he didn't expect a tip, so when I gave him one, he was extremely grateful. Nice to know that the staff at Crowne Plaza aren't only helpful for tips.

This hotel is well situated in Auckland but the hotel does need some TLC. Rooms need refreshing, lifts are slow and noisy.
We had to call housekeeping a couple of times during a recent stay due to things not being replenished, such as milk, and soaps.
Why have two double beds when only having a maximum of 3 per room? I don't mind paying for more than two per room but having to have another room because there is 4 guests is wrong.

Fabulous, gorgeous, clean, with wonderful food and service. New Zealand hotels tend to be great, but this is the best I have ever stayed at in the country. If you ever have reason to be in Auckland, stay here. Location is convenient to major attractions, including the Sky Tower, and mass transit is just a quick walk away.

Very nice main room with new TV good bed. Nice views from the rooms, very friendly staff. Fast wifi. Breakfast very good and recommended. Bathroom would need an update though. Still 5 stars in my opinion!
