We are two Aussies on tour and stayed 2 nights 20 and 21st October 2017. Our room 17b overlooking the harbour was great. Parking was on level upper ground access via a shared mall just past the front entrance and narrow lane. Office gives you key card to the roller door but you need a small sedan or small SUV- we had a Rav 4 that was ok. Room clean and tidy if you want downtown accommodation stay here. Parking is $30/day cheaper than Wilson parks close by.

Beautiful small space studio. Has a washing machine and dryer in own rooms. We paid 120 for the 1 night we stayed there. Believe it should have been cheaper as we have stayed at others more bigger with 2 queens and more elegant for alot less including full buffet breakfast. But the service was excellent!!!!

If you're staying in Auckland for a short period and want to look after yourself it's a great spot. Central to all the highlights in the city.
We stayed on level 37 with a amazing view of the viaduct - ask for this!

There kitchenette, laundry, ironing board, loungeroom and mini dining table. Not a 5 star hotel but very clean and tidy. Location was fantastic.

While it needs some TCL it is well positioned and rooms are a great size. Loved the views.

Quite small for a 2 bedroom apt. Kitchen was basic with basic utensils. No fry pan for cooking. Supposed to be for 4 people but placing is for 2. Lounge fits 2 people, rooms very tight. Great views though. For the money you pay I'm sure there's way better. Staff friendly. . Rooms have no air conditioning or heating but you get a fan or mobile heater. 38 stories with part hotel and part private residence. . Without heating an extra blanket is enough as the tower seems to retain heat. And good airflow.

The staff and processes at this hotel are appalling. They mislead customers by presenting parking as included, yet when challenged about it (providing screenshots), they get aggressive and offer to cancel your booking. From reading the other reviews, I'm super glad I never got to the point of actually staying in here. Sounds like a total dump!

Shabby and very rundown - don't be fooled by pics on travel sites. Nice views of harbour and central Auckland from the top floors and good location close to many restaurants but little else good about this place. No way this is a 4-star establishment. 2-star at best. Everything in need of renovation and upgrading. Walls were very scuffed, there were holes in the curtains, rips/ tears in the fabric sofa, all other furniture was cheap, ancient and ready to be chucked out. Bathroom sink was cracked. Dingy digs. Staff were polite but I won't stay there again.

First off, the location is pretty shady. Right across the street from a strip club and gaming lounge. There is loud traffic and people out at all hours of the night. Additionally, at an unseemingly early hour of the morning, a truck comes to pick up all the glass bottles from one of the aforementioned places and makes an ungodly amount of noise doing so. Second, there is no in-apartment controls for heat and AC. We were only on floor 7, but we were MISERABLE. It was waaaaaay too hot in there for the summer and with there being no ceiling fans, we spent as little time there as possible because it was grueling. Third, someone puked in the lobby one evening and staff just threw a couple of towels over it for over 12 hours until it was finally cleaned. Fourth, I have no idea what was going on, but every time we took a shower, the water would DRASTICALLY change temperatures on us. I didn't have the washer or any other water source running so I don't know what was happening. Perhaps a neighbor just happened to be running the washer every time we showered. Our showers were very quick as it would go between reasonable warmth to ice cold to scalding and back and forth and back and forth. I will not stay here again.

Definitely not 4 star. Should be 2 max.
In a small alley with poor reception and frontage.
    Rooms dirty n small.
Daily room service nonexistentdon't even change sheets or towels in kitchen. No vacuuming. Very unhygienic place
Premium parking rates for the smallest carspace.
    Would keep away.

Worst hotel ever. Booked three times and two times my booking was cancelled. Had too ring twice from Brisbane cause my partner was already on her way to Auckland from Rotorua. When i had it all sorted. My partner arrived to find a staff member drying his clothes in the dryer in our room. When she went to inform the lady at reception. She just laughed it off and said. "Oh they always do that". If i could give no stars i would.
