Do not stay in this place if you want a good night's sleep. Reported noise to reception, apparently reception couldn't hear anything one night I was awake until past 3.30am. Staff also sold us tickets to a cruise and gave us the wrong pick up location after waiting 20 mins we called the hotel, they blamed us, gave us correct location and said they would call the company and explain we then had to walk 30 mins (in - 3 temperature) to the correct place then argue our way onto the boat. Biggest regret booking this place. Only good thing about it is the location! Bed is comfortable but everything is pretty dirty. Not all the staff are awful, we did have some good experiences with a lady (didn't catch her name).

Not flashy, simple, fairly quiet small double room, no view, easy to get to town and back, fantastic for the money and the staff are really helpful.

The overall feeling of our stay for 3 nights was quite nice and better than I expected. The staffs are helpful and nice to the service, although we have to pay for some services (e.g. WIFI). The location is nice, convenient to find grocery stores in between and close to the center. If the hotel could provide a water machine in the reception for customers to fill water to ease a thirst, the quality of the hotel is good for now.

El hotel está algo alejado del centro pero muy bien comunicado en transporte público. Las habitaciones son pequeñas e incómodas para el precio que tienen. Que arreglen la habitación a diario tampoco es un punto a favor. Cuando llegamos olÃa mal y asà siguió aunque avisamos.

The hotel is relatively cheap and in a fairly decent location. Don't expect anything above a no frills hotel room with ensuite facilities (all in the same room with a glass partition - might be an issue for some to use the toilet in such close quarters as someone else).
WiFi and TV use are extra and the room on the hole is small with other rooms and corridors being quite clearly audible.
Despite these down sides, for a short stay while exploring Amsterdam the hotel offers a cheap base to sleep, wash and store your bags while you go out and enjoy yourself.
All in all you get what you pay for, and if you're after a short, low cost trip to Amsterdam to spend your time looking around and only need a base to sleep in, this is a good choice. Think of it more as a private hostel room.
The star rating is mainly in comparison to other hotels, where they provide a higher quality facility, but also charge a higher price.response / report this review -

Very affordable. Rooms were small. But nothing I could complain about. Staff were friendly and helpful. No free WiFi is disappointing these days.

In my opinion easyHotel are too simple, so simple that sometimes they are not comfortable. In this one my room didn't have any table or desk at all. Not a single surface you can use apart from the bed and the floor. The aircon-heating system is central meaning you are not able to turn it off or on and it's very noisy. It turned off at 23:00h and turn on at around 7am and was annoying in the morning.

Gives you the bare essentials. Everything else they charge you an arm and a leg for. The room was only about 1ft wider than the bed (so 5ft total width I'd say). Barely enough space to open your suitcase. You had to pay for internet and TV (as you'd expect with easyjet). The bathroom was glass, which might sound romantic, but less so when your partner needs to use the loo and you physically can't get more than 4ft away without leaving the room. Other people in the hotel seemed to be tourists who were a bit rowdy.
There's no room service during your stay. We were only there for three nights and already felt like it needed a good clean and fresh towels. If you were staying any longer it would be pretty gross.response / report this review -

"internal window" means a window giving on a hallway.. a bit claustrophobic. Barely enough space to but a bag on the floor, one plug socket, charged everyday for hairdryer People are okay, special mention to René from the night shift. Not traveling with that line of hotels anymore.

the overall experience wasn't great, you get charged for everything, including a hairdryer! the only thing that made this hotel worth it was René and his amazing service. he helped us find everything we needed and was incredibly welcoming and friendly.
