Love this hotel chilled out, great staff and breakfast has a good selection and you can't ask for a better location, ask for a first floor room if stairs are an issue.

Worst experience ever. I immedietely cancelled a single room after I ordered it and they took me 800 euros two days later, after my cancellation without helping me someways.

Cosy hotel in a great location. Trams running to city centre stop right outside. Yes, staircase is a bit narrow but this is the only downside. Luckily we stayed on the first floor. Lovely room with balcony. We would definitely stay here again. Friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

The staff were friendly and accomodating. There was no elevator. The room I had was a on the 3rd floor and it was little challenge to climb the narrow staircase. It is a good location. Almost near to everything. The price is a bit steep. But reasonable compare to other hotel rooms in Amsterdam.

Very nice staff with good location and facilities, however if you stay in the front, the street is really loud! That's why the hotel gives you ear buds to wear at night.
