  Cool boutique hotel in a central location, short walking distance from most attractions and major shops.
  The hotel itself is beautifully designed in a modern, sleek style. The room is very comfortable and clean with everything to the higher standard (soaps, bathrobes, nespresso machine in the room, comfortable large bed).
  The cocktail bar in the hotel is also recommended. Didn't try the hotel's restaurant since we were in a walking distance to numerous great restaurants.
  Would definitely return in the future.

  Room was nice and clean and had a great vibe to it - as represented in the imagery online. It was a little hot in the room with no Aircon option given that it was October, I'd think twice about this if returning in the summer. My only other issue was that house keeping started at 9am, which was a little too early for us. Otherwise the staff were friendly, helpful and competent and I would recommend to stay here.

  After some hiccups with room assignment on arrival which was resolved the next day the stay , my stay was enjoyable. Gorgeous room with beautiful street view. The service and quality of food in the restaurant was excellent. the location of this property is second to none .
  
  I thought that the hotel overall was good value for money spent and would consider staying there again on future trips.
  
  Service at the front desk was not consistent with some of the staff being more attentive and helpful than others. The male attendant the desk upon my arrival lacked basic customer service skills. The gym is quite small with limited equipment.

  We have enjoyed our stay very much. We were in Amsterdam for a special occasion at the Ink team has made sure it was even more special. We got upgraded to a very nice room and our stay was just perfect thanks to the team of the Ink hotel.
  
  If I can say one think, the hotel would be so much better if it had a spa/swimming pool, that would totally be a game changer.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the INK hotel. From the very start at check in the staff were all incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
  We had a lovely letter/chocolates/prosecco on arrival which was a lovely gesture to celebrate my husbands birthday and our wedding anniversary.
  Our room was cleaned and replenished exceptionally well everyday of our stay.
  The only slight problem we came across was the noise from slamming doors waking us up in the morning. We were in room 431 which I think was directly opposite a service door.

  We stayed at Ink hotel last week for 4 nights & loved every moment. From check-in to getting our room we were really impressed. Room was fabulous, quirky & spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazing - the selection of cooked, continental, breads, fresh fruit & cereal was outstanding. The staff are exceptional. The garden room offered a lovely quiet area for coffee and reading. The bar was lovely again with friendly chatty bar staff. We will return to ink hotel without hesitation. Thank you to you all for making our stay memorable.

  The hotel is well situated, everything is around. The design of the hotel is modern, but the isolation of noise is not enough, we could hear other guests talking in the corridor or the tram from a closed window ( we stayed on the 5/F).
  All the staffs (reception, HSKP, restaurant, room service) are very friendly, professional, attentive, and helpful, especially Jody from Front Office (a person I would like to thanks for). She made us an enjoyable and memorable stay in Amsterdam. She recommended some nice restaurants and places to go for discovering the city. She made our stay become interesting and we are sure that we will go back to INK hotel again because of Jody.

  Such an amazing hotel. Loved the room we stayed in. Cool drawings of Amsterdam on the wall to help you stay informed and amused. The service was great everywhere: in the rooms, at dinner and during breakfast. Check-in was fast and friendly too. Everything just had a warm vibe about it. Worth every (affordable) dollar/euro.

  Very slow check in (computer failure); room clean and reasonably comfortable (bed could be better); breakfast poor value; coffee to go took a very long time and many repeated instructions for two drinks and croissants;
  However, staff friendly and helpful with instructions for getting around. Hotel well located for tourist.
  
  Hotel should offer a simpler/cheaper breakfast and advertise dinner and prices better (we had no clue as to what was on offer o r how much it would cost).

  Amazing, gorgeous hotel great central location but hidden from the hustle and bustle.
  Staff were excellent and couldn't be more helpful!
  Breakfast was amazing and was certainly worth the extra especially if you can afford to sit a little longer and enjoy a few courses!

  I had a beautiful stay in a great clean room with all the comforts one could imagine. Every helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast and an excellent bar. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

  Everything about this hotel is excellent. The location is near to the station and an easy walk to other attractions. Rooms, food, and bar all super. The staff are simply wonderful, nothing too much trouble. Can't wait to go back .

  This hotel is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of Amsterdam. The staff is fantastic and if you're looking for special meals for food allergy or gluten free the accommodation is excellent. A quick walk from the Central Train Station, close to the Anne Frank House and near most teams and busses, an excellent choice for a great vacation.
