The hotel was disgusting. When I entered the room, it wasn’t cleaned properly. Bugs here and there - and not to mention bed bugs. Luckily I didn’t get bit, but they still were there.
There isn’t any Wi-Fi which is a pain.
On the positive note - Everything is close to the hotel, and the food was super good. The service was super friendly, nice and helped us a lot.
Hotel was clean and central which is why it gets two stars instead of none.
Asked a member of staff how I could make a local call off the phone in my room and was told that phone is only for receiving calls! I then asked if there was a phone I can make a local call from and the answer I received was go to the souvenir shops and pay for a SIM card, which isn't helpful as I don't have a mobile phone with me as I'm travelling! This inconvenience has now lead to me missing out on seeing family.
Nice place good location, good breakfast. Friendly staff. One note try to get a room facing the courtyard as our first room facing the street was very noisy. Access to paid snacks and free coffee and tea.
Great location. Big rooms, great breakfast
We took the family room (4 people) and it was very comfortable.
Very nice rooms, centralized location in the city very polite staff
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only issue is the lack of AC. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for anything better.
Rooms are small and lacking certain amenities such as a kettle. Great location, comfortable bed, and very nice staff
Suberb old tipical dutch building on bricks and oak beams. Use only the elevator if you are not in best shape, the stairs do not comply with modern standards.
Nice and quite cheap
Very close to the square, also very clean and friendly staff at front desk. Breakfast was nice too
Loved the hotel, close to the city centre, coffee shops near by,roomed cleaned everyday and the nicest staff members. would recommend to anyone wanting to stay here.
better to pay more money and enjoy Amsterdam. this hotel stuck in the 80's (red Carpet on the wall)
