Interesting but very nice room, beautiful hotel, everything’s genuinely perfect except the face on the wall scared me when I was on space cakes, heated bathroom floor was a nice extra too, and food was amazing.

Five stars all around. The rooms are gorgeous, the bathrooms spacious, nice temperature control, good bars and restaurants in the hotel. Loved staying here. So convenient to everything.

It is an experience to experience their service.. sitting outside in good weather is the best! View and the atmosphere is just awesome..
Staffs are very friendly and attentive, they helped us a lot with explaining the menu looked after us well.
Food is good, no complaints. You get the quality for the price and the taste.
Only minor point - we had a long delay between our starter and main. Otherwise it was a really good experience overall.response / report this review -

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
Fantastic lunch at Bord'Eau. We had the 3 course lunch with additional wine pairing and the food, wine and service were second to none. It is the best food we have had so far in Amsterdam and we are planning to go back for dinner on our next trip to enjoy the full menu.response / report this review -

Stopped here for a drink with friends,the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The service was outstanding and the hotel was beautiful. Would love to come back and stay here.

A phenomenal experience. The rooms are beautiful with larger than life reproductions of art which tastefully match the color scheme of the room. We found the location to be convenient with ~15 minute walks to most sites we wanted to see, and multi-day passes on the tram available for purchase from the helpful and welcoming concierge. There are plenty of breakfast/lunch/dinner options of various price ranges right around the hotel area. I have felt pampered by the sincerity and sense of welcome from the doorman, to the front desk service staff, to other staff who just so happen to be passing by. We came to Amsterdam for our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better experience to base the rest of our trip around. De L'Europe has been a lovely experience for us we won't soon forget.
