Value for money hotel. Located in to a nice area close to tram and bus station. Very very clean,nice rooms and helpful staff.

Rooms were small, but this wasn't unexpected. Rooms were nice enough, although there was no hairdryer and the staff had difficulty obtaining one, although they apologized and offered me a drink for keeping me waiting. The staff were generally very kind and helpful. The location was also good, next to some of the museums and just a few minutes walk away from the Heineken Experience and Bols experience, with easy access to trams and buses going to/from the airport and the centre of Amsterdam. All good.

Rooms are pretty small, but that's pretty much standard in Amsterdam. Not very clean, and housekeeping barely does anything other than make the beds and put out fresh towels. No plugs near the bed, so if you have anything that needs to be plugged in near the bed, bring an extension cord. Staff is very nice though. Friendly.

I had the pleasure of staying here recently. Upon arrival, the receptionist noticed my D.O.B. and wished me a happy birthday as it was the following day. The following evening when I returned to my room, the hotel staff had left a little surprise for me.. some balloons, a card, champagne and chocolate. It was a lovely gesture I thought and meant so much.
I would highly recommend this hotel, beds are comfortable, showers are good, rooms are clean and excellent customer service

Ideal situation looking on to the Rijksmuseum. Easy walking distance from everywhereextremely pleasant staff who made us very welcome, good copious breakfast. pity about the shower (which was sort of strangely chic!) leaking all over the bathroom floor spoiler alert don't leave your clothes on the bathroom floor when showering!

Be alert when staying in this hotel and have the police emergency number ready. There is a syndicate working to scam the tourist. This might involve internal staffs working with outsiders. Police is already alerted. They will knock your door in the early morning to create suspicions and ask for money in the end. Always refer to the police if you have legitimate booking. Stay safe guys.

If you stay here with more than 1 person in a room try to not book the regular double instead book the next higher option. Room is way to small for 2 people. There is a desk in the room that takes up about half the walking space. No place to even put 2 suitcases. No outlets near the bed which isn't a huge deal but when the have an outlet near front door and not the bed makes it more frustrating. Good thing about this hotel is it's awesome location.

The hotel is easy to find being next to one of the big museum's. The reception area and bar are nicely decorated and are nice places to sit of an evening. The drinks are a bit expensive in the bar though. The room is a reasonable size but needs a bit of work. Luckily we were on the quiet side as the road outside is busy

We were really happy with our 3 night stay. The hotel was great value for the location and quality. We were there during some hot summer days so we were thankful for the AC (although it was pretty weak). The room had a safe and a hair dryer (plus all the normal things). We loved this location and found it so easy and quick to get around all of the city. We had no issues with noise nor smells. Our bathroom did smell a bit of smoke, but there was nothing that impacted our stay. I would recommend this as a great budget hotel!

Die Angestellten sind alle sehr freundlich, und verfügen über Deutschkenntnisse. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und ist sehr modern. 2 Aufzüge zu den oberen Zimmern gewähren immer schnellen Zugang zu den Zimmern. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Zu dem Essen kann ich leider nichts sagen hab nur eine Nacht dort verbracht und nicht gefrühstückt. Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist nahe an einem Parkhaus. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Despite previous reviews by other people, the hotel is actually better than expected! We requested a great room with a great view and got just that 😊! I highly recommend this place and take the time to visit all the wonderful places within walking distance!

Staff seem friendly but not helpful.
My jockey car was inform to deliver at 12 o'clock but the jockey only available to come at 1 and I was only inform at 12 o'clock when I wan to get my car to airport. And I ask the reception what happen if I missed my flight she say they can't do anything. Dam pissed. And the breakfast is Sux. Very little choice.. The shower room water will leak to bed room.. It is only have great location. When you ask for complain form they don't have. These is the worst best western hotel I had stay. Don't stay here..
