BEST RESORT EVER. They made my stay amazing. Everyone was just so friendly to me & my guest. I will return the next time I visit Cancun. Bar worker Rafael was outstanding. Very attentive.

Excellent resort to stay at Cancun. We had great time at the resort.
Good was very good. All the restaurants had vegetarian choices. As vegetarians we did not have issues finding something to eat. Folks at the pizza station were awesome, every time we requested a veggie 🍕 they changed the gloves, cleaned the cutter, cutting board etc. Marco Polo restaurant had a separate vegetarian menu. Overall food was good and they had good selection of vegetarian items.
Swimming pools were very well maintained. Food stations next to the swimming pools were convenient. Resort had a good entertainment team. Kayaking, sail boat facility opposite to the resort was very good.response / report this review -

I really liked this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and professional. There were a few restaurants to choose from on site if you did not want to leave the hotel.
There are plenty of buses to take you to the party part of Cancun. Just walk down to the street and flag one down. You pay what you want to pay. I like that the hotel is not too close to the noise.
The view from our room was amazing! We are right on the beach - just walk out the back of the hotel and there you are. They had paragliding and waverunners. There were other excursions as well.response / report this review -

I'm going to do my best to give an honest review here.
Positives: Great beach front. Cool pools. Lots of entertainment throughout the day.
Negatives:
-The last night of our stay we woke up to hammers and table saws at 2 a.m. They were literally doing construction inside the hotel right beneath our room. I tried calling the front desk to stop but the phone didn't work. I had to go all the way downstairs to ask them to stop and was told from the person down there that they were taking care of it. It stopped for about 5 minutes only to keep going the rest of the night.
-Room smelled horrible (moldy damp) every day even after they cleaned.
-Besides the fresh fruit, the food is pretty awful. If you are a health conscious person I would stay away from this all inclusive.response / report this review -

Went in December for my girlfriend's birthday and couldn't have asked for a better experience! The food was great and had so much of it it they seemed to have anything you could ask for. Drinks were fantastic they will make anything you want. . The view is beautiful and the pools are great. They do activities in the pool which are a lot of fun for the kids. They seem to have something going on at different parts of the hotel all day. It's close to the bus route which is a plus and they have activities outside of the hotel advertised in case you want to do one of them they will set it up for you. All in all one of the best vacations I've had. Just remember you ARE in Mexico and while the employees know English, brushing up on your Spanish wouldn't be a bad idea to make things easier.

Beautiful resort with breath taking views. Only downside was that they didn't provide enough fish, non meat option. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I came with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday in Cancun and we could not really choose a better place! Excellent customer service, excellent food, rooms and hotel in general super clean , and a beautiful pool .. all great !!! Thank you Royal Solaris and your team in general for your excellent work !! I am going to come back One more time !!!! I loved it!!

I don't mean to sound stereotypical but our South American friends that are staying here are very loud. Elevators smell like the food was prepared inside them. If you're looking for some peace and quiet this is not the place. Otherwise a good place

Fun place to go with your family (I guess) or with a bunch of friends and pre-party. Guests were 40+. Internet is not free nor cheap. Entertainment was Goofy and cheap at the pool. Party/concert at night was for middle age/ senior audience. Food at the pool was lame, dinner was somehow better. Breakfast was ok. Inner decoration looked quite old fashioned. Private beach was nice, staff too.

Excellent vacation at Royal Solaris Cancun. I stayed there with wife and children (age 4 and 1). Hotel is directly on the beach with amazing view from the room. Comfortable rooms, clean, good food, excellent service overall. There is a kid pool area with baby sitter who can take care of children from 9am to 9pm, very safe. We left one of the kids over there every morning so we can relax a little bit. The children evening shows were outstanding. I particularly loved the Super Hero/ Disney show for children. so much fun! visiting the beach felt very good because of how clear the water is ans how nice the sand feels. the restaurants included are delicious, service is excellent and accuarate, along with the rooms being cozy and wonderful.

The drinks seemed to be watered down. Or maybe it is the way they distilled their alcohol. As it was mostly brands that originated in Mexico. The food was pretty good. Great pizza and snack bar outside by the pool. Very close to the beach and beautiful water. They have a package to which a couple can have an exclusive romantic dinner on the beach which we loved! Very clean and the staff did their very best to be helpful. And we're very friendly and helpful

Where to begin. Well, I went last year with two of my girlfriends, June 29-July 5thI do NOT recommend this place if you are looking for a good time. They have very minimal entertainment so you're bored unless you plan to swim the entire time. They don't even recall them playing music during the day. The only plus is that it is about 15min to a "Vegas strip" style of clubs and nightlife. The resort is all inclusive meaning the it is buffet style which is pretty gross. Everything is low quality! I went home craving REAL food :/. So, if you are someone with kids then I would say it's okay but if you want to go relax and enjoy yourself then nope, this is not the place.
