They have a pool but the water is always cold because the sun never touches the water , bad services at the bar on the pool , the rooms are okay , but they have delicious sandwiches are call it COCODRILOS , I recommend to eat u pic your ingredients but u need to have an empty stomach cause are enormes , so are good to share.

A fantastic hotel downtown Cancun. Close to majority of shops, malls, yet close to the beaches.
Relaxed atmosphere in the pool and the wet bar.
Friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas.
Stunning 4 stories lobby in a Mexican style.

Overall I liked the hotel facilities like the swimming pool and the spacious rooms. However, the hotel is noisy as the Christmas music was started around 0700, many children are running and screaming in late evening and early morning. But it was nothing good earplugs couldn't beat.

The rooms, the pool and the service it's awesome. It's ten minutes from "Las Americas" mall. It also have beach club and transport to the airport it's perfect for business travel and also lovely for vacations. The pool have a bar and service until 10:30 pm and the WiFi works fine.

Cool, but needs an upgrade. It's a little bit too rustic, and even though that's the style it has, it could be better and still look "old" (without being outdated)

A great time. Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was fantastic and the pool area is very nice. It is a little bit far from the beaches but there is a free shuttle. You can also catch an R1 bus going to Hotel zone or take the taxi if youre feeling fancy.

The rooms are very clean and the staff is very nice. They will help you with everything you need. I had read all the reviews from multiple travel agencies before making the decision to come here. I am very glad I did. Everything works, the food is amazing, and the services they provide are the best. I was very concerned about the safety of my belongings but they had a safety box in our room. In our time here, nothing was stolen and I could feel safe leaving my belongings here.

Its away from the hotel zone, but you can take a bus or a taxi. At first I was a bit scared to take the bus, but it's great if you want to get to know the people that live here. I honestly enjoyed taking the bus over getting a taxi.

Rooms are spacious, with the twin room having two double beds, and all the decorations are done nicely. Pool is sizeable and has plenty of space, with a reasonably priced bar, including a poolside bar as well for drinks in the water. In walking distance of restaurants, bars and cafes.

It's a very nice hotel in downtown.

The rooms are big enough and very clean.

Breakfast was delicious. Three thumbs up.

The employees are more than friendly.

It was nice the only complaint was the look had no steps to get into just the bar ladder. There were no laundry facility as was told me. Just the expensive piece by piece done by the them. The conseiur was fabulous. He arranged transportation for the next morning to get to the airport. The rooms were clean and cozy. I loved the robes they provided. They have a restaurant on site but it's mainly sandwich and pizza. There is a small title gift store selling souvenirs. I have to buy an extra big bag for laundry to take back home. The staff was very accomadating getting us checked in early as we had to be up at 3am to catch an early flight. I chose this hotel just for the night closer to the airport from where I stayed at the Vidata. I wouldn't ever go to cancun to visit but the mayan riviera on the closer side of aya del carmen was freaking amazing. I'd recommend this place for overnight travel or for a vacation.

My husband and I stayed there for 10 days.. the staff and management were excellent. The service was very welcoming. The pool was peaceful with a bar in the pool area, the food was yummy and very nicely prepared.. the rooms were a nice size. And the showers were definitely for 2 people😊 we totally enjoyed our stay there and would come back again.. the Decre of the whole hotel was very clean and tasteful. I would totally recommend anyone to stay there. Everything was in walking distance

Good place to stay for the price. Would have given 5star except the beds are hard.

Update:. We decided to stay at adhara again. We were disappointed. Bad Internet, Broken Sliding door to balcony would not lock, 1hr room service promised 20 min, charge for breakfast even though it was supposed to be included in room price, much more expensive. They are charging 2x what they did last year with no increase in service or facilities. This is a $50 hotel not $80.
