Excelente hotel, en el tiempo de estancia hasta mi salida el trato del personal fue muy amable, tenía el temor por algunas malas reseñas que encontré en la red, sobre el hotel, instalaciones, personal pero en el tiempo que me hospede de mi parte no encontré problema alguno, el hotel muy acorde a lo que yo esperaba, las habitaciones limpias, espaciosas y con buena calida, el personal amable en el trato con el huésped y con lo que también quedé maravillado es con su playa, muy bonita playa, su marea es tranquila ideal para pasar el día en el mar sin fuertes corrientes así como para los niños. En general excelente hotel. Ah y sí les llega a servir, cruzando la calle hay una tienda de conveniencia Oxxo así como un restaurante de Carnitas estilo Michoacan con un menú muy variado y muy rico.

This place is perfect for the price. It definitely lacks the 5 Star amenities but its great for what it has. The staff was friendly, English not the best but you can definitely get by with simple words. Really enjoyed the beach amenities and the pool activities. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday DON'T come here.
Dawn till dusk loudspeaker music across the complex, so loud you can't hear your own i.pod or TV in the bedroom.
Beach small
Food good.
Wifi. fairly fast.
Gym. has 2 machines broken out of the 5
Ample parking.
Clean rooms, but ask for top floor or you hear someone above you bashing around at night.response / report this review -

This place is perfect for the price. It definitely lacks the 5 Star amenities but its great for what it has. The staff was friendly, English not the best but you can definitely get by with simple words. Really enjoyed the beach amenities and the pool activities. The food is not 5 star level but definitely good enough to feel like you got what you paid for

Very nice hotel. They have 4 pools, 2 Jacuzzis, 2 restaurants, 2 bars, (one is located by where you have access to it when you're in the pool) a snack bar that has hamburgers, wings, hot dogs, chili and cheese, fries, chips, fresh fruit, water, and lemonade. They have activities and games going all day. I recieved a bottle of wine for winning a game of Jumbo Jenga. They have good shows with different performers at night. They have a convenience store.

While we did not partake in the all inclusive option, the staff, pools and gym were all exceptional. The AC worked wonderful in our room. However the hotel is a little far from downtown cancun and while the hotel has it's own beach, there are much nicer beaches a quick walk down the main road.

No I will definitely not come back to this hotel. I had a very bad experience with the manager I had made a reservation got there and told me to paid $300 more waited 2 hours. I was very angry started recording and took pictures and in less than 5 minutes he finally gave us our room. Will not recommend is nothing interesting in this hotel.

The hotel is very good as an all-inclusive one, it has all the services.
It has only 2 elevators and one of them is not working so often is necessary to use the stairway.
Since it on the shores of the beach is very easy to go for a swim at the sea.
The food is excellent in terms of efficiency and taste.
The price is also very very competitive considering that all services are included.
