Good clean hotel. Friendly staff. No smoking signs not enforced. Obnoxious lobby dweller given ashtray to accommodate his smoking habit.

Simple and older but clean Hotel mostly frequented by Mexicans. Staff barely speaks English. Pool very shallow, not inviting, always in the shade and I’ve never seen anybody use it. Central location next to Ave. Tulum and close to the ADO bus station and busses going to the beaches. Nice restaurants and good food stands in a 5-10min walking distance.

Cheap small hotel in Cancun downtown. Near a bus station. The best for the price. If you would like to stay for a few nights- I recommend this. Rooms are small but clean. No fridges, no microwaves. Central conditioning. Drinkable water is on every floor. Pool is clean and available till 8 pm. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is poor.

Really awesome location! Cheap. Pretty decent interior. Has fairly decent wifi. Clean bathroom with nice showers. Provides good Continental breakfast. The only complaint I might have if the place is a bit loud at night. But maybe it's because I was there in New year's Eve. I'd recommend this place.

Very rustic theme. Employees are kind and patients. Not all rooms are identical and some power outlets may not work. The hotel is cool during warm temperatures and warm during cooler weather.

Nice cozy rooms with very comfortable beds. It has a pool that's not very deep, about 4 feet at its deepest, but it's perfect for relaxing of for kids. The service is excellent, very nice people. And the location is very centric, there are banks, atm machines, supermarkets, convenience stores and a very beautiful Park with local food options all within walking distance. I've had a wonderful experience here and recommend it if you visit cancún on a budget.
