Read before you actually waste your time and money. First thing first..the picture look nothing a like. They do not change the sheets, had blood stain on one side of the sheet, when they "changed" them same stain just in the other side. Lady at the front desk screwed us over when we had to leave our "taxi" a super shuttle NEVER came to pick us up houses before our flight. Wifi is horrible.. Literally, had to use all my data here. Furniture is falling a part. Promise you that there won't be any cool air In the Lobby. Oh and let's not forget that if you take a tour, the bus WILL NOT drop you off at this hotel, it will drop you off somewhere else, and from there you need to call to get picked up. Not trying do make this place look bad, they made themselves look bad.

Good located. Staff is a bit slow on check in. Needed towels in my room but the lady at reception was more interested in her phone and asked me to wait 10 minutes. Told her I had to leave soon and wanted a shower. She found some towels within 1 minute. Need more costumes service training.

The place is clean, and good for a one night stay. The quality of bedding, furniture, etc is very cheap. The personnel is helpful, and helped us to get a taxi to airport with a discount.

I really can't understand so many 5 star reviews. Location faces lagoon, not the beach, basically if you want to swim you have to take a cab for 15 minutes to nice Cancun beaches and pay $10 each way or walk to the other side of the island. If deciding about staying here , add $40 a day in taxi cab and get a place in the beach side. Even though complex faces a golf course, is extremely run down. No or lack of maintenance, noisy pipes when you shower, a/c not maintained, rusted balconies, etc. If you are handicap, or you are older, I didn't see elevators, if you have kids beware of below waist balconies. I could go on and on, not recommended

Clean rooms and easy walk to bus/hotel zone. Close walk to golf course and laundromat. Highly recommend this area as a cheaper alternative to hotel zone.

Good hotel in a nice quiet location just off the hotel zone, although it's still within easy walking distance. The manager who helped us was very friendly, very professional and spoke perfect English which is perfect for gringos like us still trying to grasp Spanish. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had the best experience at this hotel. We booked online few days before for 3 nights at $31 a night, if we turned up on the day it would have been around $100. The hotel manager is very friendly and helpful, and also speaks very good English. He showed us around and helped us plan our bus journey to Merida. Check in was easy.

The room itself is bright, maybe abit on the small side but very clean. The staff did a very good job cleaning every day. Everything is basic but it works. It's about 1 mile to walk into the Hotel zone with the beaches and there's a burrito shack around the corner which has one of the best burritos I've ever tasted!

Highly recommended, I would definately come back!
