I'm giving it 5 stars because the staff is very nice and helpful. Beds are comfortable and very clean rooms with kitchen equipment. Location is great as well.

One of the benefits of this affordable hotel that they fail to tell you is that it is part of the villa group, which means you can use the very over-priced resorts like villa del arco without paying $400/night! The location is convenient to downtown Cabo and we walked everywhere in just a few minutes. Felt very safe, the staff was great, and the rooms were above average, however the beds are extremely firm and the pillows felt like several dozen balled up socks stuffed inside a sack.

Location and staff was great. About a 10-15min walk to el Centro. Place was close enough to walk but still far away from noise. Room definitely needs to be updated as well as the bathroom. Walls were very dirty and curtains were stained with chocolate or something possibly from previous guests? Towels and bed sheets were clean BUT stained. Bathroom shower does not have any pressure and water was warm but never hot. I'd probably stay again as a last resort.

The place is locate in the very heart of Cabo San Lucas. The rooms are small and cozy, nice for an extra night over or if youll dont mind much privacy sharing a room with two queen beds. The rate is reasonable, due to the fact that you have a kitchen, microwave, and some cookingware, also a fridge. As well the bathroom is small, and TV. One thing I have to admit they did had good beds, they were really comfy, not too soft nor to hard, they were just right for our family. There is a swimming pool but most of the time the water was cold. So that's my review, even though we only stayed 2 separate nights it was good.

Very nice. Our room had an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishes and pots and pans. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A few spoke pretty good English which helped out a bunch. Close to shops, marina, nightlife. Safe and secure. Swimming pool.

The pool is nice. The rooms could use a little bit of more work, however everything is well kept and things are clean. The hotel is located in the center of the city so it is really close to nice restaurants and famous beaches such as Medano, Lovers beach and so on.

This place is horrible ! Everything is old and outdated. The first room we were placed in had no A.C. Our friend's room was difficult to lock. Cold water in shower , lack of clean towels and to top it off the water stopped working one night. I will NEVER stay here again. This is a low budget hotel that needs a major overhaul. Please choose other lodging if you possibly can !

Very friendly and helpful stuff! This is my first time here and they've all been very patient with my many questions and requests.
The villa is located fairly close to downtown, so you don't get as much noise and action, but if you want do something fun, go shopping, grab a cup of coffee or go to the beach - it's all just a walk away, about 15-25 minutes (get your daily cardio done!).
Small, cosy rooms, nothing fancy, but if you didn't come to Cabo to spend all of your time in a hotel room, you'll be happy with this place.

Place was to strict. I paid for a double queen bed for four people. They claim only 2 people allowed and wanted me to pay another 200 dollars. By the way there is no free breakfast.
