Staff are very unhelpful. The hotel has charged my credit card 8 days after I left the hotel and I have no idea what the charge is for. They refuse to answer my emails and all claim to not speak English when I call. Everyone at reception does speak English. I would NEVER stay here again.

Very enjoyable stay, the grounds are kept spotlessly clean, rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Soaps and shampoos provided in bathroom. Shower heads could use some improvement as it was a quite wide spray pattern but plenty of hot water and large towels. Interior courtyard with pool and seating area was quite attractive and nicely decorated. Breakfast had a great selection of fruits, cereals, coffee, juices toast and some pastries with an optional hot buffet if you needed more. Was not disappointed with my stay.

Great place to relax by the pool, food is pretty good, too. Rooms are decent, nothing special. Pillows are lumpy rocks. The biggest disadvantage is it's location because getting back to the hotel from downtown Cabo requires passing the hotel and turning around further dish the highway, or exiting across from the hotel and crossing 6 lanes of highway traffic. That said, it is a quiet, very affordable, nice little hotel!

Staff was pretty unfriendly at check-in. Rooms are clean and very nice with a small balcony (with hammock) overlooking the pool. Beds were comfortable. Pool is also very nice even though there is music blaring 12 hours a day. Location isn't exactly ideal as you are literally on the highway and about 7-8 km from the city centre.

Beautiful pool in the middle courtyard. Nice restaurant and bar located in the middle of the hotel as well.

It was a bad experience. They tell you they give you the continental breakfast but they just keep watching you what you grab and what you eat. I didn't like it

Spacious rooms, there service could be better. They have a parking lot that is controlled by the staff. Every time u had to park your car in the lot, you had to go to the reception ask them to send someone to unlock it and this could easily take 10 mins. The free breakfast is just cereal n fruits, so you are better off buying a package without breakfast.

Without a car it's a hassle to get and return to this motel. With a car rental, this motel is great. it's quite, clean, and secluded. The motel exteriors says Cabo Mexico, the pool is scenic and A/C works great!
Do to it's isolation, Los Patios is a 3 stars. Without a car it's hot out here, it's not fun waiting for a bus in the heat into the San Lucas and the beach. And it's worst returning cause your tried from being at the beach and walking all around.
Los Patios does offer free breakfast which is great since there's nothing else around. If you stay here without a car, go to the beach at 4pm cause it'll be much cooler on your return.
Los Patios service is very good, it does have a good bar and restaurant. They actually make a good burger and fries. Remember you can have pizza delivered to the hotel (we did) for dinner.
The rooms are average at best. The floors are hard tiles and the walls are Adobe like which is tacky or outdated. For me the hotel exteriors sold it to me.response / report this review
