Nice hotel great desks team , the rooms are big but not new . but by looking at the pics of the hotel you expected much more.
It was nice place to sleep not so quite because of the repairs taking place on the street but in was clean.
It is located in the center of everything . The roof is a nice place to get a tan but don’t expect the pool to be big .response / report this review -

This place is amazing. The staff go out of their way to please you. You get breakfast with your reservation a French Rest. Very good. The hotel is super clean and the beds are very comfortable. They also have a rooftop, sun deck and pool n bar. I'm definitely coming back.

I'm having a wonderful time here right now the staff are professional but my best friends nothing is too much troubleI had a small issue with the shower they've swopped our room for a stunner! With birthday wishes and balloons on our bed ..viva illusion!!!

Fantastic. Feels like Spain in here! Room was good, best WiFi we have had so far. We waited on the phone (call through WiFi) for hours and it never dropped it. It was cozy, seating outside on Third floor, nice garden in first floor. Breakfast included. They have complementary coffee, breakfast, AND water! Only reason for 4 stars was the bed, at least in our room, was pretty hard

Small but unique. Pool area is not at all like the photos. The pool is very small and about a foot deep. The room is nice but the bed The bed is very hard. Like a peice of foam on a peice of plywood. If you like very firm beds then you'll love it. Personally did not like it. The staff are very very friendly and helpful too.

Great customer service, clean, great location. Some noise in the middle off the night but that because of the awesome locarion. Wi-Fi network is terrible if matters to you. Price was a little too much for what they offer. Don't get impressed with pictures they have on the website, pool is super small, you can barely see the ocean. Breakfast included but trust me, the amount they serve it's actually funny, you'll be hungry.
Suggest get something a couple of blocks west which is still close to the ocean and downtown with better prices, no noise, and probably better breakfast and Wi-Fi.response / report this review -

Stayed here a few years ago for my honeymoon. Fantastic. The staff were amazing and helped with our every need. From booking tours to Chichen Itza to Xcaret. Very close to the beach and the pool on the roof is great!

It's an illusion. There are better deals and nicer hotels out there for the same price. This is a no frills hotel with basic amenities.
