If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Very pleasant stay. Fiesta Americana Villas is a smaller option compared to the other mega hotels. The stay is affordable. The lobby and the rooms are quite nice. There is a single restaurant by the beach that serves breakfast, launch and dinner. Their menu has a wide selection and the food was very good while the prices were reasonable. The beach is on a concrete platform and has steps that go down to the ocean, exactly as seen in photos. While not ideal I think it works well. Due to its location, waves are minimal, works great for families with small kids. Also, the beach gets more sunlight in the evening because it faces northwest. Neighboring hotels go under their own shade early in the evening when Fiesta Americana does not. The staff made sure we were happy and comfortable. They changed our room to one that had a great view of the ocean at our request. We are very happy with this hotel overall.

It depends on what you like and enjoy. For me it is not worth the price per night. Maybe if I were to find a good deal or a package would have been better. Staff are nice and kind. Rooms are clean but need improvement, I believe they are going through renovations so rooms will be better. Other than that, this hotel is ok.

Showers are a trickle. Older building that needs a little maintenance. Neighbors were smoking which filled out room with smoke. Hotel didn't seem to do anything about it. Staff is very friendly. The concierge is awesome. I strongly recommend seeing them before you go to dinner. They give out coupons and make the reservation. Three stars for the hotel, five stars for the concierge.

We absolutely loved staying here. The service was great. They have a great pool and a nice small beach area that was just perfect. Everyone was friendly and I felt safe. The only thing I would say I didn't like was the food. I must have ordered all the wrong things at this hotel because I didn't even get good french fries but my husband loved everything he ordered. I would recommend staying here.

Me and my husband were there for 5 days 4 nights and i couldn't have a better time the food is AMAZING all the staff is so friendly and they adjust to any needs that you have the rooms are so nice and clean! The only thing that bothered me was that i made a reservation 6 months in advance and when i arrived they didn't have my room ready i had to wait around and hour for it but they gave us drinks while we waited!!! I totally recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to have a great time in beautiful Cancun!

This is paradise on earth. Check wad fast and easy. Our room was amazing. The views are unbelievably beautiful. The food was deliciously good. The staff was very accommodating. The concierge was very helpful and full of suggestions of what to do and where to go. I couldn't ask for a better place to relax by the pool and or beach.

Tried the buffet with a friend and thought it was excellent. Huge selection of fruits, a made to order omelette bar, made to order taco bar, and cold meats and cheeses (loved the smoked salmon). Service was great along with their signature green juice.

Great staff, nice pool area with bikini bar. Not many college students but very close to the clubs. Food is more expensive than other places but worth it

My wife and I spent 5 days at the Fiesta Americana Villas, Cancun. Our first room needed some updating so we went to the supervisor Rocio who was so sweet and accommodating she gave us a great room with a nice view that had been updated. It made all the difference for our trip. Since it was our anniversary they made a beautiful decoration on the bedspread out of colored rice and brought coffee and fruit to our room when we really needed it. Everyone was extremely friendly, the beach and grounds were beautiful and well taken care of. The location was perfect. We would go back again. Rocio made our trip great. Art and Marina

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in March, 2017. We rode in on motorcycles and were not greeted the same as guests arriving via taxi. They actually told us to move over away from the front door. I trudged into the lobby with all my adventure gear on and was treated very well by the front desk staff. They seemed a bit surprised that the folks at the curb had not immediately started helping with the luggage as they did with the other guests.
The room was very nice and large ( The junior suite) The sofa bed is more like an actual queen sized bed that pulls out from the wall and is quite good for kids. The junior suite has a "mini-bar" which consists of a kitchenette (fridge/freezer, microwave, stovetop, pots and pans, coffee maker, plates, cutlery). The bathroom has a jetted tub, separate room for the toilet and large sink area. The TVs are huge, at least 40 inches. There is one in the separate bedroom and one in the living area. Each unit has it's own wifi and it seems to work great and is pretty fast. There are 2 balconies for the junior suites. One in the bedroom and one off the living area.
The beach, pool and lounge areas are pretty nice and will serve you food and drinks out there. One of the best things about this place is a free guest laundry room. There is also an OXXO right across the street and a humungous supermarket (Supermarket Grocery Store Chedraui) 8 minute walk to the SE. It has the main floor for dry goods, beer and beach supples and a second floor with groceries, fruit, meat, liquor, wine, bakery ect. plus a cafeteria. It's probably the nicest grocery store I've been in.

I have a few complaints. The cleaning staff was not the best at restocking room items. They forgot the coffee packs every single time. They also took away the bath robes and didn't replace them and took our beach towels that we had checked out for the day. When we asked for the robes, the fellow brought up an armful of shampoos, so communication isn't the best. They were pretty friendly though. Next, there was renovations going on in the room next to us. The drilling and pounding got a bit irritating. I realize that we probably should have left the room during the day to go have fun. Lastly, the service staff in the restaurant by the beach is a bit lax. Having to ask for coffee three times is not the best.

Overall, we found this hotel to be reasonably priced as far as fancy hotels go. Service could have been a better.

The rooms are nice, but once they figure out that you are probably not going to buy a timeshare, the staff treats you very poorly. The water and location are nice, but there is not really a beach here. It is rocky and there are walls that lead into the water. The recreation chair put on a good volleyball game though
