There are not enough stars for this resort. It is breathtaking! It is serenity. It is elegant and calming. You can hear the ocean from your room and the views are spectacular! It is all inclusive. It is adults only. It has an extensive wine list. I don't like wine, and I fell in love with an Italian white while I was there. The staff is super friendly. I don't vacation anywhere else. I've been here 3 times and am looking forward to more.

We had not good experience here at first. Don't get me wrong , most of staff is excellent and knowledgeable. However it took us more than an hour to understand resorts credits, how we can use, etc. The most frustrating part was that you can use only part of your credits on something you like. For example if you'd like to have a spa massage. Then you pay16% tax (about 80USD). If you'd like to repeat massage you pay full price-300$ per massage? Well if you can afford i -its fine. First night we stayed in a room with broken air conditioner and no hot water in a room after 7PM. I am not kidding. I though it just a mixture fault. Next day hot water was available in AM but not in PM .
Addendum. Room was changed next evening. The rest of our stay we enjoyed excellent service 24/7. The food was amazing. I liked the spa very much (not so much massage though). The entire resort was modern and clean.response / report this review -

We had a great experience here. Service was excellent, and the food/drinks were great. The hydrotherapy was a unique experience and was super relaxing. We would definitely return.

The best service Anywhere! The hotel is beautiful with multiple pools. Easy to find a quiet corner. Restaurants are very good especially the Asian. The staff is the reason you come back every year. My 4th trip in as many years.

Amazing stay compared to all other beach areas in Mexico! Adult only adventure and a five star service and food!
Please speak to Leslie for any help as she was amazing like our Hotel fairy! Book a suite for the space and it is worth it!
The French restaurant is Devine The service and the food is French with an international twist!
The Aidan restaurant is amazing with the best Sushi in town!
The breakfast is outstanding and the spa is a must!
I highly recommend this hotel and Make sure that you email them ahead of time in case of any food allergies!

This is our third visit to LeBlanc. Although the service isn't as good the last time we visited, it is still great. This is a small relaxing hotel with top of the line staff and restaurants.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay I would give 10 stars the food was great the service was excellent and the employees were top notch. Me and my wife could not have been more impressed. So thank you so much if we'd ever come back this is where we definitely will stay.

Pampering, delicious food, wonderful service. Every reservation comes with resort credit you can use for the spa or adventures or upgraded food. (We never upgraded any meals and it was still awesome) This was the first all inclusive resort we have truly enjoyed staying at. Normally we get sick of buffets and pills closing earlier than we want and just an overall attitude of scarcity. Here was more like Abundance. Yes it's more expensive to stay here, but the value is obvious. Money saving room tip: all for a partial ocean view room. We had booked a lagoon view but even though the room was nice, we regretted not having the gorgeous Caribbean ocean outside our windows. We asked the Butler and found out we could upgrade to partial ocean view for $16/night. Come to find out, "partial ocean" isn't partial at all. I will include some pictures from our room. Stunning! Water and sky for days. We heard the waves crashing all night long.

Fantastic amenities. The spa and the service is breathtaking. Were it not for a few hiccups during check-in with luggage and getting our room ready that kept this from 5 stars.
Add: to Le Blanc's credit they bent over backwards to correct the issue with check-in. Once again proving the service is, more often than not, outstanding.response / report this review -

Isaac, the butler on the 3rd floor, was professional and gave us perfect service. When we asked for sparkling wine in our room he suggested a cheese and cracker plate to go along with it. The resort is amazing. The spa is fantastic and the staff takes care of everything for you! The food is very fancy, so if you have simpler tastes y It may be more difficult to eat at the restaurants (however I believe pizza is available the whole time). Get to the pool/beach area early to get a gorgeous view, and lounge in the sun (or under an umbrella) all day. The resort is also a short walk (north) to a shopping plaza where you can get good food and local goods. The bus and taxis are pretty easy to navigate as well.

The service is impeccable and even though it's all inclusive the food is extremely well done. The beach is also beautiful and there is a jacuzzi in every room :-) it's pricey but worth it

Deserves its reputation as being the best all inclusive hotel in Cancun. It's all about the service which is exemplary yet friendly. Have visited twice and second time was just as good as the first.

I really enjoyed my time here! The butler service was amazing, the spa was incredibly relaxing, and even if you don't get a massage, hydrotherapy is included with your stay and SO nice! It's a few types of steam rooms, a face mask, Jacuzzi jets on your feet, and then a full body Jacuzziall while they serve you hibiscus water in a champagne glass! I loved it! When you get down to the beach, they bring you towels and an umbrella they put in the ground! Drink service on the beach is a little slow, but they are so nice and sometimes they brought us plates of food from a buffet that had been up at the pool. The Asian restaurant was my least favoritemy salmon was under cooked, but the service there was great. Try the pizza place on the terracedelightful!response / report this review
