Beautiful resort. The rooms are elegant. The restaurants are amazing. The staff are super friendly, very accommodating and very fun. The views of the beach and ocean are incredible. The pool and other amenities are top notch. Loved it.

Gorgeous hotel, comfortable and stylish accommodations. The beds were not standard "double" size that you'd find on the States, at 5ft 8" my feet were hanging off the bed - so if you're really tall you might want to reconsider. That's said the staff was really pleasant, the rooms were spotless, bedding clean and crisp. And let me not forget to mention the beautiful pools and beach access from the hotel. It's unfortunate that it's not an all-inclusive resort but there is still tons to do and lots of nearby restaurants.

We just returned from 3 night and looking forward to returning next week for 7 more days with my children. I have to praise the staff, everyone from Jose the doorman, to front desk reception to dining staff. They are really why this place is a 5 star resort. I left the place feeling like I was royalty. It was very nice to be served and treated as though I was a princes for 4 days. Everywhere I turned there was always a staff member looking to see how they can assist me. What I appreciated most was how they saw me pulling my luggage and immediately they would come to help me.
And here is the most important take away, I really appreciate the way they served me with a warm smile but without "the pressure' of expecting a tip. That was most important to me because that just always turns me off. But to this group of staff, I was more than happy to tip them and show my own appreciation for their genuine service. They do anything to make your stay comfortable and easy. Wonderful customer service training!

We celebrated our honeymoon at this Resort, the staff was friendly, the resort had numerous dining options from casual to fancy and our room was top-notch and gorgeous. The maid made friendly towel animals to leave for us. There are numerous activities for us to go for adventure and gym and spa for relaxation. We had the best corner room with all windows for the beach scene and a wrap around deck. Loved it

Amazing location with a great layout clearly set up for maximizing sun exposure! Huge pool with an even more relatively huge hot tub. Many rooms have pool/gulf views that are sublime. The staff and service is attentive and very nice. Large, beautiful beach that they maintain pretty well. Lots of food and drink options between this and the JW next door. Definitely worth the price!

Casamagna Marriott was a pure pleasure to stay for our "need time to chill" vacation. It is beautiful with and excellent staff that is very friendly and helpful. It is down in the center of the hotel sand bar so it is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the busy section. The beach is netted for safety, the sand is white and cool all the time (so no hot foot dancing to the water), and the water is the most beautiful aqua blue. This resort is a real treasure to experience.

Marriot Resort is a really nice motel!! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly!! Hugo was extremely helpful for us!!! The only thing to know before you book; this motel is not all-inclusive. But it is an amazing place!!

Had a good experience here. Outside of the resort it looks dated, especially when compared to it's neighborhood. But inside the hotel actually is more modern. Came in off season so it was nice and not crowded. Didn't have to wait for anything. Will definitely come back

The best 5 ◇ and 5 starts HOTEL en Cancun!!!! Have 4 restaurants. The Italian restaurant is the best! The pool is big and clean. The people in the hotel are very nice. Love this hotel for vacation!

Nice location with a very friendly staff. Only tried a few of the restaurants but the food was very good. Pool and beach area were clean with good service. Definitely a nice beautiful place to relax for a few days.

Amazing place. Everything you require on site. Food is so so good. Breakfast buffet, the best I've had in 23 years of travelling around the globe. Staff attitude is brilliant. They go out of their way to assist you. Nothing too much trouble. Always ready to help with a smile on their faces!

This resort is absolutely amazing. My group and I had an early arrival into Cancun, and we were allowed to check in hours earlier. We also upgraded our room to be on the first floor close to the pool. The beach area is super clean and beautiful. The staff is very helpful and polite. Towels are readily available for use and there's a bar inside and outside next to the pool!

Great rooms with sea view, comfortable beds. Loved the shower, especially the "rain" mode. The pool is huge with volleybal net for the kids and enough seating area. You walk straight to the beach which is great. Friendly staff. Very extensive breakfast.

I really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were well furnished, the bed was very comfortable, and the beach access immediate. You need to get away from the hotel to find cheaper food options, but what is here at the complex is very good.

The hotel is a bit dated, especially when compared to the JW next door. But, it does tend to be cheaper. The rooms are a bit musty, but clean. Staff provides great service, but there seems to be a bit of confusion on some of the computer systems. We got breakfast in our rate, and it was kind of what you expect for a big hotel buffet. The fruit was great, but the warm food in the trays wasn't really worthwhile. If you get a good deal, by all means, stay here. But it could definitely use some updating.

Beautiful location. On the water. The weather was great. I took the bus into town which took 40 minutes. Went to an awesome Mexican restaurant called Bandoneon. Very reasonably priced. Excellent food and service. Much more affordable and authentic to eat in town than in the hotel areas.

The hotel is very nice, the lobby is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I am blown away by the service here, I truly am. The beach is connected to the resort, and the view of the ocean is the best I've ever seen. I will definitely end up taking another trip here in the future I will probably not stay in any other resort next time I come to Cancun. The rooms are very clean and room service seems like they always know when is the best time to come and clean up when you are out. Again, the staff here is very friendly and they all are more than willing to assist you with any issues you have. I was originally from Philadelphia, however growing up in such a tough neighborhood would obviously lead to issues. One day an altercation broke out at a basketball yard and my mother sent me to living with my cousin and his family out in California. The culture change was a lot to handle when I first arrived there; my uncle was a lawyer and they lived in a much higher standard of living than I was used to. Compared to my cousins, who were raised like this from the beginning, it took a lot of getting used to. I ended up going to high school and college out there, learning a lot about me as well as my family and knowing who I could count on. Eventually though, I knew the show would have to end. My eldest and second youngest cousins got job offers out in new York, while another one of my cousins got accepted to Princeton. From that news, my uncle decided to sell the house and move out to the east cost to be closer to our family. I ended up staying there a little longer, but never forgot about my home in Bel-Air. The staff here helps me relive that part of my life, they are all so open and friendly I feel very comfortable and look forward to coming back to the casamagna again in the future.
