Booked through Expedia pictures on the internet looked great look like a perfect location. Boy was I disappointed. The accommodations were not nearly as nice as the photographs. Hotel staff less than helpful and when I did ask for help it was like pulling teeth. 2 out of probably the 15 encountered actually provided some assistance. Best thing about the hotel was the beach! The hotel offered a buffet-style breakfast. But the food was nothing like I've had at other hotels. In fact it reminded me of like a cheap motel or something. No room service or anything like that the restaurant was a bit pricey and not that great. Even went to the restaurant next door and that was not so great either. So disappointed in the food I got in Cancun. And as a side note I know you're on vacation and you shouldn't be in a rush but I waited so long for my food & my check I even attempted to ask for my check with my dessert in hopes that I would get them at the same time nope, it was another 30 min. I wouldn't recommend this location, there are many other nice places with the same price and better accommodations.

Not a great experience. Payed an extra 1000 for all inclusive and alot of things were not included. No hot showers. No shows. No music. Same menu for lunch and dinner for all inclusive guest. Breakfast buffet was good. Bad experience overall.

The hotel has one of the best beaches of Cancun and the location is also very good close to where the night clubs are as well as close to downtown. That is why I gave 4 stars. Locals go to their beach..white sand, and most of the time is clean.

The rooms are old and small, unless you get a suite, which are more expensive. You will get charged extra for beach view, first floor, etc. They are accommodating to your requests (i.e. add an additional bed to your room). The service is also not very good, be prepare to wait. The food is good and they have a very convenient restaurant on the beach and has room service up to 11pm.

My girlfriend and I were visiting Cancun for the first time and decided to book this hotel with all inclusive.

Let's just say I wouldn't stay here again unless strictly necessary.

We were paying an average of £170 per night to have all inclusive.

The room: fairly large with 2 queen size beds. TV and a safe. We had a small bathroom with shower. If you expect to have a warm and relaxing shower forget that idea as you will have to shower in cold water. Even if you report to the reception they simply will send someone to tell you that you need to wait to warm up (never did).
There was a balcony, luckily there was no one next door, otherwise we would have to share the balcony. And our view were just the apartment right opposite us.

Beach: they have a beach, small but pleasant. White sand and a beautiful sea. Quite and relaxing if you plan to spent your time just sun bathing.

Restaurants and services: We were really excited to go on a trip with all inclusive, when we got there we just felt as part of a scam. They have two restaurants but you only can use one (as you are all inclusive). They have a specific menu for the all inclusive guests, which is way more restrictive than the other guests, food was tasty tho and we hope you like "cheesecake" and jelly because is all you getting as options for dessert. Luckily we understand Spanish and manage to talk a little bit, some of them don't speak English or don't bother to.

Entertainment: forget it. They have a TV near the reception and a pool table. There was nothing else to keep you entertained in the evening.

In conclusion, if you really want to have an all inclusive holiday I wouldn't recommend this place.

It was the first time me and my husband visit Cancun the hotel that we stayed in was very clean, service was great. We ate every day at the restaurant outside, food was great, we had our anniversary and the staff made us ice cream plate super cute.. all the activities that we had, they will pick us in the front of the hotel and staff will always help us out and give us information about places to go and visit. The beach view was fantastic. I will highly recommend. we had a good time

For the price, this place was really great. My room was giant, and relatively inexpensive when compared to other beachfront hotels in the area. Pools seemed clean and we're nice to swim in. Would recommend.

Hotel which will do the job in many aspects. If you are looking for something more noisy it is certainly not for you. We enjoy our stay a lot.

Staff was very friendly. The place was amazingly clean and well-kept. The room was comfortable and already cool when we arrived. Breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide selection. Beach was clean, water clear. I don't think we could even find a place in the US this nice with this level of service for the price we paid. We were very satisfied.

Nice beach for kids, popular with locals, but often catering to tour groups that fill the place to capacity for a few days at a time. Have heard and experienced bumping of long term reservations out of the hotel, not sure if due to bus tour bookings or management problems. Thought we had found the perfect place but we're going somewhere else this year.

I booked a room for 4 people with all inclusive option I don't think this is a good option for this hotel

Location: good location, close to restaurant, coco bongo and super market
Room: they are simple but everything works fine, I booked a room for 4 people we had one king size bed and a sofa and a day bed for 2 people located at the living room
    Pool: simple but attend needs
Activities: there are no activities provided by the hotel like: parties, water sports etc
Food: I booked an all inclusive room, I had a mixed experience during a few moments the service was good and waitress was very polite during a few other opportunities no waitress show up and during a dinner another waitress was impolite in another opportunity I had to wait one hour at the pool to be served overall I don't think all inclusive is a good option for this hotel
Price: if you are on all inclusive this is overpriced since food is very cheap in mexico but if you are on a regular room it's fine

I fell like people that are not on all inclusive have a better service experience

I was unsure what to expect from reading the reviews since there were good and bad ones, but this hotel is amazing. It's a great price compared to all the other hotels around. The rooms are basic, but I did not come to Cancun to stay in a hotel. We got the all inclusive package meaning breakfast, lunch, and dinner is free plus alcoholic drinks from the restaurant on the beach. The beach is connected to the hotel, so it was only a few steps away from our room. The beach is separated into sections for every hotel, so it's quiet and private. Eveyone that works there is genuinely nice and always helpful. Only con is the flushing takes a few tries and the gym wasn't that updated. Overall great hotel!

So many things I didn't like
    1. We asked for early check in threw booking.. we had to sit in lobby for over a hour till we could get a room.
    2. when we first got there they collected our payment for room, then told us to wait that hour till 3. Then after we had walked back up to get the room keys they got a deposit. Which seemed like they would have done that at time of payment.
    3. We booked king suite. When they checked us in they said "you are all set with your two twin bed suite.. ummm no
    4. We got the king suite which overlooked the waist treatment plant and highway. So we had to go back down and spend $35 more a night for a view of the pool ocean. Meanwhile our other friends who had a standard room had an amazing view of the ocean.
    5. After arguing with the manager for 30 min he had comped our breakfast and didn't explain how that worked at all.
    6. So breakfast comp is good for just fruit and juices. what they fail to tell you is all the rest of the stuff around you is considered the buffet. So end of our meal was another $120 pesos.
    7. On the food topic after we had check in we went down to the water cabana. Food was good. At the bottom of the menus say "taxes and tip included". Vary vary clear. As we paid the server comes back and said tips not included. I had asked him to get a menue so I could show him where it had said that it was all included He said no and pointed out on the receipt that it said tip not included. So not trying to screw the waiter we tipped him.

    "Caribbean beach"

I stayed for 4 nights. The hotel located in the middle of the hotel zone of Cancun. Offering a large swimming pool Reception without doors or other windows is very welcoming. The room with two queen size beds, box safe, television and air conditioning. Window with Caribbean views. The only drawback the really noisy doors especially if beaten by rude guests. Special mention to the beautiful beach. Very spacious typical Caribbean with umbrellas, beach chairs, guard and Wi-Fi. Nothing to do with BAD and sometimes non-existent beaches of the adjacent hotel. decent breakfast.

Always ask for room without connecting door. The doors are very noisy if beaten. Breakfast improved for a 4 stars.

Great experience! If you're going to Mexico to see Mexico, stay here. If you're going to Mexico to see "Vegas", stay further down the strip. We loved our time at Beachscape. The staff was all so inviting and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the property well cared for And the beach. If you stay here, prepare to feel spoiled when you see the other fancy Hotels beaches. Beach Scape has a huge, quiet, white sandy beach, and clear blue water which seemed to always be calm and warm.
Was glad for attentive wait staff on the beach that kept the cold drinks coming.
Our driver told us that the people who stay at Beach Scape have been returning customers for years.

My only reservation-- when you ask for suggestions from the concierge on where to eatthey must get a commission from that restaurant or something. We didn't always enjoy the recommended restaurants. Try going downtown Cancun for cheap, authentic Mexican. Most anything on the strip will be over priced.

Really nice hotel in front of the beach. The rooms are OK but you won't spend much time in them so you should be good. Besides that really good service.
