Great service! Clean room and good location. Nice SPA.
Special thanks to Waki at executive lounge for his big hospitality and great service.
Incredible place! Great location. The service at reception was impeccable. We were upgraded to an executive room with a view of mount fuji (it was a clear day). Breakfast in the executive lounge was great, but a little busy.
I love the size of the guest room, as well as its luxury. The executive lounge is nice with its foods and beverages but it was sort of packed with people (including somewhat noisy kids) when I was there.
I wish that the hotel was more conveniently located. It's far from the main area of Shinjuku but I guess those rich people who stay here regularly don't hesitate to take a cab all the time.
It's a very clean and well staffed hotel. Everyone was very attentive and professional. The amenities were great. I'd definitely stay again, the only downside is the price of you're trying to budget
This is a really nice hotel in Shinjuku. It's a great location, with many rooms in a very nice building. The rooms were nice, even though I was only in a regular room (not on the higher, executive floors, which I've heard are really fantastic). Toilets were fancy Japanese kind. Beds were a bit firm, but nice. The windows had sliding doors that could be drawn to block out all light. Breakfast was good (but expensive!) with both Western and Eastern options. I really liked it here.
Nice hotel close to Subway location and not far from shinjuku station. I would recommend staying here.
Had the privilege to access the Executive Lounge and it was something to behold. Super friendly and helpful staff, breakfast in the lounge was full of enough pastry and savory foods without seeming wasteful. The the fresh fruit was a very welcome sight especially in Japan where it is hard to come by. The room was very roomie for the 3 of us with plenty of walking space and general leg room. Bathroom isn't too big but functions as well as you'd think from an upgraded room from shower to toilet to sink. All in all, very impressed with my experience at the Hilton. Would splurge to stay again.
Excellent service. Very western. Breakfast is well worth it; includes western, Japanese and Chinese foods.
Excellence in Tokyo. Free room upgrade with chocolates. New, comfortable bed. Room has many, many amenities. Breakfast buffet was delicious.
The staff is fantastic. The room I had on the tenth floor was spacious and extremely modern. The room was clean and taken care of. There bathroom had a full bath and the closet was large enough to hold a week's worth of clothes easily. The restaurants on site are delicious. The executive lounge is nice and peaceful and the staff up there was incredible, extremely helpful, and willing to go the extra mile.
