The lobby/restaurant and rooms are modern and upscale. The breakfast buffet is good but not 5 stars. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent staff and amenities. Great room and restaurant. It felt very odd having the lobby on the 26th floor. Great location and easy to get in and out of Shinagawa station.

Great access to trains via the Shinagawa station, but relatively outdated for a premium business hotel. Smaller rooms for what you're paying out of pocket.

A great hotel in a convenient & easy access location. The staff were helpful & couldn't do enough to help me when I explained about my msg allergy. They wrote me a note in Japanese to give to the restaurants, so no one would misinterpret my allergy.
The following day a special breakfast was prepared with no msg. The food was great 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.

When I stay in Tokyo I always stay here. The staff is exceptional, the rooms are always perfect, and the food is fantastic.

Great upscale hotel. Large rooms (for Tokyo). Great amenities. Excellent service. Restaurants on site are expensive. Great lobby.

Nice 4.5 star hotel near Shinagawa Station. Restaurant/bar selection is limited. The elevators to the rooms from the lobby are behind a door that is unlocked by key-card, wheelchair users will struggle without help.

Beautiful and clean. Confusing to get to - hotel begins on 26th floor, so must take elevator up to get to reception. There's very little signage to help direct you. Breakfast was decent.. however it was roughly ¥3000 and I felt like for that price it could have been much, much better. But overall it's a gorgeous hotel and I would stay here again and again. The location is convenient, as the hotel is directly adjacent to the train station. Staff is pleasant and helpful. A+++
