Terrible hotel. Room was extremely small with only the option of one queen size bed. No AC and windows couldn't open. I would never stay here again
Friendly staff and great location. The only downside was an uncomfortable pillow.
Centric ,modest , perfect for the gay area and with all acomodations .Breakfast not easy to eat. :-)
Very pleased with my 6 days at the Listel from Feb 6-12, 2017. The hotel was very clean and up to date with nice furnishings and carpets. My room was for 2 single beds and was EXCELLENT! By Japanese standards this is a very nice property with adequate room size and amenities. I have no complaints about anything at the hotel. Definitely will stay here again if I am in the Shinjuku area again. Several very nice restaurants, including a wonderful udon restaurant, are near by with great food and excellent beer. A brief 10 minute walk takes you to the Shinjuku-goen train station which lets you go anywhere you desire. Of note is a wonderful bar, Lad's Dining & Bar, about 6 minutes from Listel. An EXCELLENT place to get a great pizza, a few beers and njoy meeting the local populace. Definitely going back again.
Toilets very dirty, not worth what they charge you. Very unclean hotel
Room are quite big
This was my first hotel in Japan. As expected, it was extremely small, but it had all the amenities you'd need in a hotel.
Flat screen TV with cable (Japanese only of course), full bath tub with shower. Good size bed and computer desk as well as a sofa.
The staff was extremely friendly and the maids were very helpful.
My girlfriend and I ate breakfast downstairs in their restaurant and were pleasantly surprised how delicious the food was.
Not real central to Shinjuku Station. You need 15-20 minutes walk until Shinjuku station.
Very clean and a good cheap Hotel for everyone who needs cheap place for sleeping!
