This hotel was great. The rooms were clean, and it offers a relaxation room with massage chairs, vending machines, and a small gym. The price was great, especially because Japanese or American style breakfast is included. The location is awesome. Within walking distance there are a ton of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and and a few stores. If you want to venture out further it's very close to both the JR Railroad and the Subway lines. The rooms are small, and only have a bed and a desk, so don't plan on lounging around the hotel room. There is plenty to do though, so not being able to hang out in the room isn't a problem.

Good, clean hotel with very courteous service and, typically for Tokyo, small-ish but functional rooms. Near transit and Tokyo Dome Arena and shopping center, quiet and peaceful. Nice breakfast buffet with a wide variety of Asian and Western breakfast choices. Third floor lounge includes free massage chairs and beverage and Sim card vending machines, workout room and a small outdoor seating area.

This was a lovely hotel to check into after a long flight. It was a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. The room was pretty and spacious, the beds were comfy, though sightly firmer than my preference. The fresh pajamas every day were a nice touch.

I found the bathroom to be quite nice, and both the shower and the bath to be enjoyable.

Breakfast here is a bit pricey, but very good. There is a nice blend of both Western and Japanese food, and a good variety of each. I'm not often a fan of hotel breakfasts, but I recommend trying this one.

I also really appreciated all the signs near the hotel that helped us find it as we wondered over from the subway.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Great location. A little hard to find at first in the dark, but if you keep your eyes out, there are signs pointing the way! Just a 6 minute flat walk from the subway. Lots of great food nearby. 7-11 right next door. Super friendly and helpful staff with great English. Best thing was the free massage chairs next to the laundry room! Great way to burn the time while waiting for a load or after a long day of exploring the awesome city!

Only con is the slightly soft bed. They give you both a firm pillow and a soft one though.

Hotel Niwa is in a great location. Close to Tokyo Dome and streets with several restaurants. It is the only Hotel I have stayed in in Tokyo so don't have a basis of comparison. I would say it is a little basic but has everything you would need and is close to a 7 eleven if you need to buy anything else. Breakfast buffet is also pretty good. Staff are great and really friendly and helpful

Very clean, very modern and very comfortable hotel. Staff was helpful and very accommodating. My first vacation to Japan was staying at this hotel. Neighborhood was quiet. Rooms are small, but very cozy. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Location is close to the local train station. Slightly hidden on a back road. It has an amazing room with sliding doors that hides the below par view. The inside is just great. And the bathtub is larger then most I have used in japan. Over all a great few nights sleep in a great location

It is just a few minutes from a train station. Well located in the centre of Tokyo making all locations a short trip away. It has a corner store on the same block which is 24 hours. 2 blocks away, the main street has a number of food options, drug marts, and regular shops. Rooms are a bit small but it's Tokyo. Bed is a double/full. Cozy room but not much for hanging out. Very clean and updated. Nice bathroom and free bathroom toiletries. Good room service. Very recommended.
