Conveniently located next to a major transport hub

Shinagawa station is surrounded by office complex, hotels and some of Indian restaurants. Majorly all big companies have their office is in Shinagawa.

They were strict about the check in time, but it was clean, central, comfortable, and the staff were very sweet.

Meet the expected standards of Toyoko Inn - very clean, convenient location, friendly staff, free breakfast, private encrpyted wifi for each room. Double room is slightly bigger than expected. BUT it's very close to the main road and train station (as you can see from the photo) so it's noisy throughout the night.

近くにコンビニがなかったことが不便でしたがそれ以外は特に不満はありませんでした。野菜ジュースが100円で自販機で買えたことも心遣いを感じました。

Small rooms
Breakfast is served in the lobby.
Slow elevators.
Can be noisy.
Makes up for it by price and location.
If you'll be out all day and are t looking for luxuries it's decent.response / report this review -

It was a great experience! I plan to spend most of my trip outside of my hotel. This hotel was basically a place to sleep, and get up to start my adventures in Japan.
