This is a great hotel! It's near the station and there are two different convenience stores right next to it. It's also right next to Tully's Coffee, which is where their breakfast coupons are for.
My only complaint is that what you get for the breakfast coupons is delicious but hardly sufficient. But the hotel is great, so just skip the breakfast option and just go eat at 711.
My favorite thing about this hotel besides the location is that if you put up your do not disturb sign, they will leave you a bag of clean towels and amenities.

Really clean, convenient and contemporary. Staff are really nice and lovely. In a really easily accessible location next to the higashi-shinjuku subway station. Would stay here again.

Located 15 minutes away from chuo main station. Rooms are pretty small but that's typical and Tokyo. Accidentally booked my father and I a double bed and they allowed us to change to two twin beds once there was enough space in the hotel. Offers 500 yen coupon for Tully's Coffee if you choose the breakfast included option. Not a great deal for breakfast to be honest but the rest is great.

Decent and clean hotel. The rooms are very small, and in my case without any view. Probably the smallest hotel bathroom I have seen. The hotel provided slippers, a robe and other amenities needed, including a bottle of water per person. The staff was efficient and friendly.

Was able to check in a bit early. Rooms are small but its a less expensive hotel and not a bother for me. As we are here to explore the city not sit in a hotel room.

The rooms are okay and well supplied. Very helpful and speak english well. Cleaning is a bit iffy - found hairs on our towels. Had an issue with our plumbing and was moved rooms swiftly but bathrooms definitely had a weird smell.

Very Clean Room. Near the Higashi-Shinjuku (E-02) station can be found at A1 exit. The reception is very polite and kind. Provides you a lot of soap shampoo and even face wash! and 2 complimentary bottles of water each day

Extremely friendly English speaking staff who go out of their way to assist. Anyone who complains about the size has never been in a Japanese hotel or an NYC apartment. There is a lot of nearby places and the views are GORGEOUS. I have nothing bad to say. I would stay here again. It's very affordable too.

Great place to be in! Stayed for a week and was very happy with the choice!
Service is great and rooms are well equipped, very clean as well!
You get complementary water bottles, laundry and dryer are easy to use, and the location is the best - 10 steps away from E line.
Tokyo is so expensive and to find this hotel in this budget was just awesome.
    Definitely will come back!
