Really nice hotel we stayed there for a couple of days. The rooms are a bit small and if you want to work inside your room the lighting is so dimm. The breakfast had a nice variety and everything was ok. What's nice about the hotel is the underground parking equipped with chargers for electrical cars !!

Nicely located on walking distance to the center, rooms look good, breakfast is nice, friendly staff. We had issues with the water which was solved quickly.

The hotel is an acceptable place to stay, but lets itself down by focusing on style over function, the style being somewhere between a bordello and a nightclub, of which it is neither. If they had focussed their efforts on less noisy door locks and more practical room layout, this place would score higher. Breakfast is good (but not inspired), the staff are good and it is in a quiet location, 15 mins enjoyable walk from centre.

The building is nice but was renovated 14 years ago. Needs some work when you look at the place closely.
The bathrooms and funky in style with tubs and showers.
We paid about $275/night Canadian but I don't think it was worth that.
Breakfasts are the same daily which is kind of boring.
They can improve in their breakfasts.
Staff are pleasant.
It's about 20-25 minutes from the core downtown Florence but with the crazy hot temperatures, it takes a toll on you.
Bus 6A and 6B are very handy.

Very lovely rooms with big beds and a large bathroom. Cam be a bit noisy in the morning due to the hard floors in the corridors.

The rooms and common areas at the UNA Hotel Vittoria are definitely unique and was my favourite UNA hotel across all those I stayed in while visiting Italy. The hotel is a little far from the action but still walking distance or a quick cab ride.

interesting design that is for sure. Rooms are really, well different. If you get it for E100 or less per night it is a good option.

Wonderful hotel just across the river from the heart of Florence. It's about a 20 minute walk to the Duomo, or you can take the bus (if you're in a higher level room, the front desk will give you free bus tickets). The rooms are spectacular, with fiber optic star lights, a roman tub or glassed in shower, and a funky modern decor. The rooms have lots of amenties, from robes to loofas to manicure kits, and a well stocked mini bar (free in the higher level rooms). Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of Italian and American breakfast foods, and the staff did a good job keeping everything hot and fresh. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was that the wifi was a bit slow, but it's a minor complaint and not enough to prevent me from staying here the next time I am in Florence.
