Nice and clean rooms in a great location, just a short walk to the Duomo (you can see it from your room if you're facing that way). The Daily breakfast is great and has a good selection. The room we were in was a good size with a clean modern bathroom, but for some reason it did get very hot most nights despite being cold outside. The heater wasn't on and we couldn't work out how to switch to the aircon. Also, the soundproofing from the outside world is fine, but between rooms isn't great. We could hear what was going on in the rooms next to us and could almost make out every word in others conversations late at night. Overall a nice stay.

Excellent front desk staff/service, room was spacious, air conditioned and clean and you cannot beat the location - 200 yards from Duomo.

Great location, pleasant staff, clean room. I had a beautiful view of the San Lorenzo dome from my room. The breakfast is great. Only complaint is that the bed was too firm for my husband and me, but that may be a preference issue.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We had a lovely 5th floor room that had a view of the Duomo. The breakfast was great each morning. This hotel is centrally located to several sites and is close to the SMN Train station which made it easy to go on day trips outside of Florence. The only complaint I would have is that the bed and pillows were a tad uncomfortable but after long days of sightseeing and walking many miles each day this did not become an issue.

We stayed on the 6th floor and it was pretty awesome! The breakfast service was great and staff were very friendly. The only gripe we had was water pressure in the shower being a little funky but that's to be expected with an older building. We had dinner on the rooftop terrace and it was great! Amazing view!
