Recently renovated rooms. Very spacious and comfortable. Well located near a tram and bus station. One tram stop away from the main train station in Florence. Only negative was that the breakfast options were limited, especially compared to other places we had stayed at in Rome and Venice.

We had a very good experience. It is very well located (walking distance from dowtonw), clean and quiet.Also the team in the hotel was extremely helpful.. They help us changing rooms, with city and taxi information etc. etc.

Renovated hotel rooms. Spacious bathrooms and creative, eco friendly design. The outlets in our room were not working. They had to fix this from downstairs. trange smell in the hotel corridors. Staff is not pleasant. Bonus is that breakfast is included.Street parking is free on Sundays.

Room quite clean and spacious. View into the inner court of the hotel wasn't very nice and made the room dark. Also the waterpipes were very loud and made sleeping hard. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Good service.

Clean simple rooms with a good balcony and decent view. Everything was to par but the wifi was incredibly slow and unable to load even a basic video in less than 5 minutes. Otherwise lovely.
