It's ok although the área is nota Nice and they parking garage is so scary. But i'm general is a good ANF clean place

Only downside to this hotel is the location.. walking into Florence city centre takes about 90 mins depending on the route you take. Other than that the hotel is great, exactly what's needed from a B&B. Room has been cleaned daily, including towels, bed sheets, soap and body wash. The free WiFi is good, although insecure.. Breakfast is good, there's a selection of cereal, hot food, cold meats, and various savory foods. Also coffee and teas, juices and water. The staff are great, very friendly and helpful. The front desk is manned 24 hours a day. The single room I stayed in is the perfect size for 1 person. Private bathroom, double bed, TV, AC, balcony, desk, wardrobe (needed more hangers ideally..). Overall a great place to stay, I would recommend getting a bike or scooter if you're going into the city though!

The hotel is in a good position just out of the city center. Personnel is OK. However, it is much more expensive that what it's services deserve. 86 euros for a double room per night without breakfast is really too much. A parking is claimed to be available free. Unfortunately, it contains only 15 cars. Since the hotel has, roughly 140 rooms, it is unlikely that one can find place there. You can park outside the hotel, but be careful white line parkings is for residents only. One must definitely pay for parking. My room was not very clean.

I loved our room. It was petite but really comfortable. Right by the bus line going into the heart of Florence. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful and attentive. Totally worth the price we paid. I would stay there again!

Friendly staff, good breakfast if u choose to pay for it. Clean rooms and they changed the towels every day even they are not on the floor.. recommended

The 3 guest room correct with two separate sleeping areas. Bathroom a bit small but fully functional. The staff friendly and willing to inform the guest. There are few free power plugs available on the room. The breakfast quality the weakest point.
