Quaint hotel with simple rooms. Close to many sights of the city. Good basic breakfast and nice service.

All that one needs to enjoy Florence to the fullest, this hotel is staffed by efficient, multi-lingual professionals who take time to know their guests and treat them like family. The location can be noisy in early evenings, but quiet in our room, and it is astonishingly convenient. Good breakfast with eggs and bacon, homemade pastries, fruitand a short walk to all the best museums, churches, galleries, and eateries. The hotel supplies not just WIFI, but a computer for guest use. One might as well stay at a hotel within walking distance because it is the only mode of transportation that works in this romantic, Renaissance world. "Good" does not begin to describe our stay.

Great location and decent breakfast. Room is a little small and washroom was small as well. Weirdest hair dryer ever. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. No gym or pool.

I loved my stay. The hotel was lovely and the terraces were fabulous to sit out and relax with a drink. Gin and Tequila the resident cats were just the icing on the cake for me.

It's an old quaint hotel with a musty look! Everything is sort of oldish but the location compensates!

Ok hotel, small rooms but good location and good wifi. Please be aware if you have a fear of or are allergic to cats, they have 2 cats freely roaming the hallways. The hotel has signs posted claiming that they're looking to be cuddled but, yea this shouldn't be something that you find out about only when you first arrive at the hotel. I wish I had known prior to booking.

Went to the terrasse restaurant, great view, wine and food with good service : perfecto. Very relaxing, away from noise and hot weather of the street
