Room is average. Check in & check out was easy. Close to train station.
After I checked out I called back because i left my travel converter in my room. But they say it wasn’t there. Go figure.

If you want an amazing experience, go for a penthouse suite and enjoy a private rooftop (just you and the other suite across from you), a sauna in your room connected to a massive shower area for two. The hotel is just outside the main tourist district but breakfast is fantastic and you'll have an unforgettable experience.

Hotel is nice, comfy beds. However, breakfast not included and hard to cool rooms down in the cooler months when the heat is running.

Otherwise staff was very friendly and helpful, we had a great stay.

It's easy to get to from the train station via tram or walking. The staff was good but they forgot one set of toiletries for us. The walls are really thin and the residential area seemed noisy. Rooms comfortable and spacious. We had a deluxe room. The tv had this huge blue led that lit up the room like a space ship. We had to put a post it note over the light.

Hotel was nothing special.

Room was dirty and had to ask 3 times to ensure it was properly cleaned. As others have mentioned, no real benefits to elite status other than a check in gift.

I asked for a room on the top floor and apparently the entire floor was unavailable at 2 pm.

Location was OK but a little bit of a sketchy neighborhood. Seemed like a strange location for a hotel. Solid 20 minute walk to central Florence.

If you're using points for a night or two, it's fine. If you're paying full price for a longer stay, probably better off staying closer to central Florence.

Overall, likely would not stay here again but I'm sure for the price it will continue to do well.

This place is nice looking. But the staff are pretentious. The hotel is far away from..Well anything. A minimum 20-30min walk to the center. They will call a cab for you. For the price though you'll probably be better off finding a hotel closer to the city center.

Stayed here for close to a month due to a work assignment.

Rooms are modern, clean, and well equipped. Noise isolation could be improved though - I could hear exactly what my neighbour was speaking.

Location is a short walk from the city centre, with many restaurants nearby.

Staff are friendly and very helpful.

This is a decent hotel but is a bit far from the city center so plan on taking a cab or walking for about 30 minutes. The staff at the front desk will call you a cab if you need one. The hotel is clean and contemporary. The staff is friendly. The rooms were on the small side but a good size for two people. They have a bar and a restaurant in the hotel and they serve little sandwiches as bar snacks.
