Had a single night stay. Very clean hotel, all necessary things provided in the room, free WiFi was excellent. Check-in check-out all was speedy, staff was friendly and cooperative.

A bit worn round the edges. Rated as 4 star Stayed at better 2 star hotels. Restaurant staff very good. Breakfast bar staff scruffy and too busy chatting to be helpful. Unless you get a very good deal avoid.

Definitely a hotel for lots of groups. Full of student groups and tourist groups. Good breakfasts. Efficient. Nice place, definitely worth the four stars it has on the side.

Stuff barely knew english so it was almost impossible to communicate. Rooms were ok but food was low quality. Not even close to a 4 star hotel and i had to take a bus for about 20 minutes to get to the centre of Florence.
