Great location. Bathrooms need a little maintenance. Great bar. Almost all the staff speaks English and very healpful. Breakfast good.

Really enjoyed the stay here, very nice hotel, rooms are well appointed, a little small though. Close to all the sights and shops. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a very central location which was fantastic but because we came by car, it was nearly impossible to navigate to. The hotel staff was more than generous and accommodating and the decor was beautiful. Our room had a lot of mosquitoes and we got bitten a few dozen times so that took away from the experience. I wouldn't personally stay here again but I'd still recommend it for a first time travelled to Florence.

Absolutely flawless experience at Bernini palace. The room was amazing and looked like a Renaissance castle without being overdone. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel bar was a great place to wine down after a long day and the location was absolutely perfect being centrally located to almost everything we wanted to see and do.

Rooms were small but desk staff was beyond helpful. Location was good. Breakfast was good. Everything was up to par for a standard 5-Star hotel. Except linens were exceptional, from the bed to the restaurant tablecloths and napkins. It was very nice. We had a "superior" room which has a very, very small terrace overlooking nothing. One chair and side table on patio. It was not breathtaking, but a lot of high-quality features. Right next door to a church and a lot of your guides and groups go directly in front of hotel entrance. Can walk to basically everywhere.

Lovely hotel, really quiet this time of year and excellent service. Very clean hotel and nicely decorated, the staff are super sweet and friendly, plus very pro. The building has an interesting history as well. The restaurant and bar are also very good and the breakfast buffet has a lot of food options, there's also some gluten free bars/health options. The chocolate on your bed before bedtime is a nice touch plus the complimentary bottled water is great. Tip for the TV: you have some Sky cinema channels, most films are dubbed in Italian but usually English audio is also available. Select "tools" from the remote and go to language options, there select "indefini" for English, enjoy! :)
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the hotel internet (also complimentary) is dreadful and I've had to buy some pricey data bundles. The internet is fine for FB messages and WhatsApps but not much more than that for me. For my partner it's slightly better but still not great. Might also depend on where your room is in the hotel.

From the moment you are welcomed through the door the staff are friendly, charming and professional. The hotel is thoughtfully and elegantly decorated with well equipped rooms, an excellent restaurant and a well stocked bar serving classic cocktails and regional specialties. This hotel is a relaxing and perfectly located base from which to experience the best that Florence has to offer I would enthusiastically and fondly recommend it.

Stylish Hotel - Top Ambience - Great located

The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful in all aspects. Everything from the reception, breakfast and cleaning was done in the same way and you felt very good taken care of.

That was our 2nd stay and there is a really big BUT!! The very soft beds and the centrally controlled air conditioning we did not like at all. The air conditioning is so loud that you can not sleep at night if you have a light sleep. To switch off you need to call the front desk and then it gets so hot in the rooms. I could not sleep 1 good night.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Florence. We enjoyed a beautiful room with an exceptional bathroom, luxurious furnishings, and spacious closets. A gorgeous gift of fresh fruit was waiting for us to enjoy!
The bed and linens were extremely comfortable, and absolutely perfect! The staff was helpful and courteous the hotel is in an excellent location. Sunday Brunch was provided and it was simply outstanding! A fabulous array of juices, coffees, teas, champagnes, pastries, fruits and breakfast foodsso delicious! I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend this hotel to anyone.
