This hotel is FANTASTIC! The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. We had an amazing view of the duomo from our room, it was truly breathtaking. They were incredibly helpful and gave us dinner suggestions and even called to reserve it for us. It was so nice having a place so close to the center of everything, that way we could take short breaks in between things. We didn't have the breakfast but it looked very nice and they had lots of suggestions. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Best thing about this place is LOCATION! Brunelleschi's dome was right outside my window! Amazing! Rooms and showers small, but clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was great and breakfast was amazing also. Highly recommend!

Friends stayed here for and we stopped in for a visit. The main lobby was quite nice, very small elevator. Drinks were excellent.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel while visiting Florence! The room and bathroom are spacious and we had a room facing the Duomo. We had floor to ceiling window that we could open up and look out at the Duomo which was lovely! The hotel staff was very nice and coordinated reservations to skip the line to see the David and booked a car transfer to Tuscany as well. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location-- literally you'll walk out the door and boom, there's the dome. Outstanding breakfast included in the common area. Everything in the mini-bar was complementary. Really nice spacious bathroom with good shampoo. Helpful staff. Nice decor. The bed is a bit hard.

The hotel was close to everything and had a great view from of the Duomo. The rooms were nice and roomy and we got free use of the drinks in the fridge. Not five stars because breakfast wasn't included and the price of the hotel changed from what I was originally quoted. Also, they don't let you take the key out of the hotel.

Fantastic rooms across from the historic center of the city and the Duomo! Centrally located only 10 mins walk from the train station. The staff were superb. I highly recommend springing for the rooms with Duomo views as ours was worth every penny to see and hear the sights literally across the street. Highly recommended!
