This is a quirky hotel in a fantastic location. You are a few minutes from the galleria academia and only around 8 minutes walk from the Duomo. The air conditioning isn't great but the rooms are comfortable and have interesting article around them.

The rooms are super pretty and close to almost everything. Super artsy and breakfast is on an awesome terrace. But there was close to nothing as your options for breakfast because most things were broken. You turn in the key when you leave and request it back when you return. Staff is friendly

This Review is long overdue - My friend and I stayed at this hotel for a few days in Florence and had a wonderful experience. Hotel was very clean, the breakfast was great on the terrace with a beautiful view of the city. Cristina, the owner was extremely nice and accommodating and even offered a sculpting class. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice experience for a great value!

I had an amazing time at this hotel with my entire year. We stayed here for three nights. The breakfast was good, rooms were spacious and People were nice. The decorarion was also cozy and unique.

Staff was extremely helpful and I would give 5 stars for that. Breakfast was good with a great view of the city. Air conditioning was nice. Location is near the Academia where David is. So pretty close walking distance to most city things including the train station being 10 min away. We however had no hot water in our shower. WiFi was spotty in the room.

We got the the hotel late morning but was to early to check in, as check in time was 2pm. They kindly looked after our bags for us, which gave us a good chance too explore the city.
When it was time for us to check in the receptionist were lovely and was extremely helpful. They told us we had a complimentary view and our bags where already in our room waiting for us, which was nice.
The room was spacious, the balcony view was a lovely roof top view of the city whitch we did not expect.
There was an average, but decent selection at breakfast, including, pancakes, cereals, fruit and toast with selections of coffees.
All in all we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Panorama and would recommend it to anyone who is staying in Florence. Also it is not far from attractions and the train station. Best hotel we stayed in out of all 3 as we traveled up Italy. Thank you to all the staff :)response / report this review -

Awful. More like a hostel, way overpriced. Breakfast buffet for a fee-skip it. Beds are the worst, coil springs mattress only. Small shower. Room is spacious and clean. Staff is super friendly, seems family owned. If you are artistic, you'll feel right at home, otherwise, stay away.
