ordinary hotel. difficult to adjust the temperature of the water in the bath (more peace of mind, friend). the location is wonderful. the only way out is the hotel bus for a few bucks to the center. breakfast ok

This hotel has provided me with the best customer service experience of my life. Silviya was wonderful and very accommodating with my extenuating circumstances (last minute booking). They held baggage for an early morning arrival and offer a shuttle that is a lifesaver.

The only downside is the location. It’s hard to walk to attractions because you are a few miles from the center of the city, but the aforementioned shuttle helps a lot.

The Hotel was okay, very friendly service and staff, location is not ideal for a city trip but they offer a shuttle service. Room was okay but windows are not properly isolated and everything is a bit outdated. Evening Happy Hour in the executive lounge was decent, but big disappointment is the 20€ charge for the pool also for diamond members, have never experienced to get charged for a hotel pool as Hilton diamond. So regarding status recognition, the hotel can definitely improve. Regarding their employees, they are already very good.

Very nice hotel with all you could need.

The breakfast was a little lack luster, the rooms were a little dusty but overall clean, the location isn't the best however they run an amazing shuttle service that picks you up and drops you off in the center throughout the day and night.

Lovely room with good gym, and breakfast had quality food, and staff were helpful. The bathroom amenities were Crabtree (nice to see a familiar brand) while the bathroom had a full width mirror and various shower heads which made me indulge in warm showers. Unfortunately, it was hard to get proper rest as somehow the noise pollution from room unlocking mechanisms and loud passing vehicles (esp one roaring bike) were high.

The staff is excellent. I cannot say enough about how excellent the staff was at this hotel. The showers need something to keep water from getting all over the floor. Guests need the ability to choose between heat and air conditioning and the tools need more power outlets.

An ideal hotel for exploring the area around Florence. Free car parking and a regular complimentary shuttle service (25mins) to the center of Florence. All the comfort you’d expect from a Hilton.

I was a bit torn between 3 and 4. What pushed it to 4 was the staff. Everybody was so nice and friendly. The spa was nice but there were a couple of issues water fall wasn't on and issue with the shower area for didn't lock. Room was nice but bathroom was "interesting" the tub needs to be redone, the shower head felt like so weak, the hand held shower sprayedeverywear and knobs were a bit worn.
Wish there was onsite washers and dryers. The bus service was good but depending on traffic you may have to wait awhile.

Great Hotel, staff are wonderful and the reception staff in particular were 5 star. I only deducted a point for the Executive Lounge not having appropriate beverage stocks compared to other Hilton properties and having to ask staff more than once. The location of the hotel is awesome, not that far from the airport and a courtesy bus operates in and out of the city each day. Would definitely stay here again. Oh, and car parking was free! The Hilton Rome Airport charge 29 Euro a night for self parking which is more the the daily cost if a small hire car.

Disappointed for a 4 star hotel. Bathrooms had what looked to be water stains on most surfaces. Floorboards looked worn and needed repainting. Some surfaces had paint splatter where they weren't careful repainting. Mattress looked to be old, heavily used and saggy. We were transferred to a better room but most of the above was more or less the same. Customer service was terrific, however. There made every effort to make our stay better. I think this hotel needs a makeover to keep its image up with the Hilton standard.

A much needed night of quality! After spending 10 days travelling around Tuscany and staying in guesthouses with varying levels of service and quality we really wanted a hotel with a consistent level of internationall quality for our last night in Italy. And that's exactly what we got at the Florence Hilton. Free parking, smiling friendly staff, a great big comfortable bed and a warm room. We had a lovely room on the 10th floor with a city view. It was total bliss. We only stayed the night and had to leave early so didn't get to use any of the other facilities. I would recommend staying here.

Reasonably priced hotel with free parking outside the city. Provided shuttle (at set hours) to the main train station in Florence. Great breakfast. Overall no real complaints
