Not a 4 stars hotel. Me and my family are disapointed. Don't get fooled by the pictures. The rooms are small and not clean. Maximum 2 stars hotel. No activities. Not professional. The staff is looking lost too.

Hotel is a bit tired and run down. No safe available on rooms. Breakfast is a plus but staff is a bit stressed so don't expect food or eating utensils to be available when needed. Wifi is free but slow or not working at all on busy times.

The stay in this hotel added to the whole experience of my Florence visit. Breakfast served was better than few of the hotels I stayed in Italy, and having it besides the pool was a great experience. Room size was enough to accommodate a third bed as well. This hotel doesn't offer any bust tickets at the front desk. I had to walk for 10 minutes in the opposite direction to get a ticket from a Tobacco shop and the come back the whole way to take a bus to the main city. My advise is to buy it from the station itself. And buy some additional tickets if you can as the tobacco shops can be closed in the afternoon.

Not most appealing hotel to look at. Interior is much easier on the eye. Rooms are comfortable. Large double bed was lovely. Only a pillow each however. We also returned to our room after room service had been in to clean and found the had left us no towels. Had to call reception for towels which arrived 20 minutes after our call. The hotel has a pool but we did not bother with it as there are many better things to do in Florence.

A lovely hotel at a great price. The hotel is in a great location, only 15 minutes away from the city centre by bus. Great breakfast is also included with the room. Hotel also has a lovely swimming pool. Great value for money, must stay while in Florence.

I stayed on 13, 14, 15 July 2012. This hotel doesn't deserve to have the Holiday Inn name. I won't blame the staff, more so the management.
On my arrival, one male receptionist was handling everything in peak afternoon check in time. It took a long time to check in.
The hotel had wireless internet but the room I was in was out of range. The wired internet in room didn't work.
Menu was unappealing and so was the room service menu. In Italy and they have heated up frozen pizza! I ordered a ham and cheese toasted sandwich that was so dry it was disgusting.
I would put this hotel as a 2 star, and was given better service at a 3 star hotel in Iraq 6 weeks ago.

Friendly staff, tried their best to speak english even if they didn't understand as much, breakfast is nice especially their fruit loaf with strawberry flavouring, place kept clean and 35 min walk to the city. Dinner is also delicious if you don't mind splashing out on it. If i had to complain about anything it would be that the walls could be more soundproofed. That or people were just very loud at inconvenient times xD

Wi-Fi should be a bit faster, and I have seen most of the door locks don't work properly, even in with my room, I had to exchange the key 4 times to open the door.

Just get them out of here should be their motto. Service was way below par from the front desk to every person we met. We had signed up for price fix dinner and none of the staff could be bothered to bring water. We made the mistake of staying for dinner after of 15 minutes with nothing in front of us. Food was mediocre at best. Pool was closed. Front tried to charge for mini bar we hadn't used. At every turn, the impression for us to just leave since we're just tourists. We plan to return to Italy but never one of their hotels.
