Lokasi hotel ini cukup strategis. Namun parkirnya sempit dan terbatas. Juga kotor karena ada barang berserakkan. Untuk menuju ke area parkir kita juga harus melalui 2 lift yang letakknya berjauhan.
Menu restorannya lumayan enak. Namun layout ruangannya kurang baik. Karena restoran menjadi jalur sirkulasi/akses ke multifunction room. Mengganggu privasi.
Kalau kamarnya entahlah, belum pernah menginap di sana.response / report this review -

That's very convenient for me. The city view is great, you can look Jakarta from a better view. You also can see National Monument of Indonesia from here. Near from everywhere. You can reach department store in just 10 minutes. The food are tasty.

Superb hotel. Staff are very friendly and hotel is modern. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was tasty. The rooms are well maintained, and so the drainage was good and AC was cold. Also managed to get a free upgrade.

A hotel with complete facilities such as spa, fitness center, restaurant, swimming pool, and ball room. The lobby is so mesmerizing, decorated with beautiful paintings of Indonesian artists. The restaurant serves outstanding quality of food, western, Indonesian, oriental, and japanese. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable.

A little dated - lift needs upgrades etc. food at joe's grill was not too bad. Only that it has lots of mozzies. Be prepared to get bitten. Indoor pool not as great as outdoor pool. Toilet showers are also not in a good condition. Some have broken handles.

Great hotel but must be improved on toilet maintenance (empty soap & tissues, small water flow from wastafel, broken door), hasnt proper mosque for visitors & guests inside hotel with good access & wudhu, blur LCD at workshop, too standard menu for snack which coffee taste is strange, no brown sugar, too dark wall painting.
Please improve it better 😊🙇

I stayed at this place for a couple of days last week. Overall, it's a disappointing visit. Here's my review of the place.
Location: Good location as it is located very close to city centers ad shopping malls. It's not too difficult to find food because it's so close to Mangga Besar, where restaurants and food stalls are plentiful.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness needs major improvement. I find some fruit seeds and flies in my room. The flush in the toilet in my room was broken. And worse yet, the room smelled like a smoking room even though I specifically requested a non-smoking room. The hotel itself looks like it needs some renovation as there were some water dripping in front of the elevator.
Facilities : Average. There are the usual pools and fitness area. I did not get an opportunity to use any of these. Therefore, I cannot comment much.
Cost: Fair. I thought I was getting a good deal when i booked the room, but in the end, I think I'm getting what I'm paying for.response / report this review -

Nice, clean and large room. Various choices of delicious and healthy breakfast, from Indonesian food to western food. We can buy cakes in half price after 8 p.m. Staffs are very nice and helpful.

Stayed during a Business Trip to attend a Exhibition at Jakarta International Expo.
The room is big, clean and nice. Enjoyed my stayed over here especially the buffet in the morning are standard la.
Quite convenient to get 'Blue Bird' taxi as it is close to the expo. However, the taxi driver is very tricky and it you want a receipt they will charged you more and different amount as stated in the receipt. Beware those fake 'Blue Bird' Taxi that don't have a meter at all.response / report this review -

It's a nice hotel. The room and the bathroom is big. It's located on Mangga Besar so it's easy to find street food at night. I do find their basement parking spot atrocious.

No management of breakfast foods, they're always empty and refills take forever. Egg station always backed up. They even ran out of tomatoes for omelettes. Even worse, no waiter service, they even take your table and give it to someone else while you're waiting for your eggs or the dimsum. It happened to me. Otherwise the room is clean, lobby is big. Repairs in the room are visible and not done right but I am picky about this. Good value as I only paid $35 per night. Also they seem to run out of non smoking rooms.

It's good hotel but the the city itself isn't The hotel is good place if you are visiting the city for business but I don't recommend the city for tourism especially if you are a honeymooners
