Not bad, but not great. I would expect something over the top in a country where national average is 300$ income a month. This place costs that much a night. The breakfast is “ok”. Good food, but not wow status. There is hotels within 200 meters from here that have the same if not better for 1/3 price. Room size is good, spacious, and clean. Good water pressure and helpful staff. They are great when taking your money, which they do for every amenity they “offer”. Make sure to check your bill is as they like to make mistakes. 100% in their favor. They NEVER make a mistake where your benefit.

Ritz- Carlton is one chain of the luxury hotel in the world. This hotel quite popular in Mega Kuningan area, south of Jakarta. The hotel is very big and has many rooms available. The hotel also popular to hold many company and enterprise events like seminar, workshop, exhibition, RUPS, etc. It has many function rooms and halls, also very often to be used for wedding event. Many restaurants also available here.

This hotel is excellent. The location is in the city centre and near shopping malls.Great children playground and swimming pool. Our room is spacious with great view. The meals are delicious. But the praying room is too small.

My first Ritz in a long time and it stands up to the reputation! Amazing service especially from the staff at their asia restaurant. 4 or 5 different staff members knew my name within 5 min and struck up a casual conversation or provided service during my meal. Made me smile and almost blush haha. Food quality on their lunch buffet was also excellent. Room service fantastic although the hummus wasn't as good as expected. Ritz I will definately be back!

I came here for a HOPECARDIS Symposium for medical practitioners. The auditorium was great, the place is really nice. The equipment is great and the service of the people involved in this hotel is the best I've encounter yet. It is a really great experience coming here

Lovely hotel, I attended several Symposium here. We used the ballroom as the venue. Nice ballroom facility. Food is very delicious. Seriously :)
They have Indonesian and Western food, including lots of salad preferences. Their desserts also very delicious.

This is a lovely hotel. It looks like a palace!! It's in a central location, with near by shopping and eateries.

We stayed 7 nights and were treated very well. All the employees were pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and neat. The bed was super comfy.

I had no complaints about the location or the service. Overall, it was a great experience!

A wonderful of personal greeting from the staff here. They do everything possible to help, make you welcome and fulfill any requirements you may have. Make sure you check out the pool and all its attached facilities such as the sauna and relaxation room. (The steam room could do with an aromatherapy addition!)

Superior service and attention from all the Ritz-Carlton team, specially Concierges are absolutely focus of giving first class and personalized customer experience.
I stayed 2 nights with my wife (just married!) and everything was perfect: pick up at airport, check-in, room service and even a surprise in the room back from City Tour!!! This hotel is a MUST if you wanna feel "at home"!!

Attended an event here. The staffs are very welcoming, the security was friendly, helpful and thorough. The quality of f&b is great. But the tables are sticky despite so many staffs around. They said the diet sugar is finished while I saw so many are still in the drawer. I also disappointed with their toilet that are very narrow, its hard to open the door without pulled my legs while the bathroom area is very large. Once it smells sour. The tissue is very easy fall in to the trash bin, it should have better holder.

Lovely hotel with a beautiful view and the staff are all extemely friendly, but then again I believe all Indonesians are friendly and respectful towards others. The rooms are so comfy, clean, roomy, and after they make the bed every morning, they leave chocolate on your pillow.

Great location and wonderful service

Staff are excellent and helpful, I gotta catch a flight at 5 & check out at 3sth am. Staff was thoughtful and proactively giving me advices and helped me to order the takeaway.

The only demerit is the wifi connection to laptop which is keep dropping the line (while the connection to cell phone is excellent).

Good hotel, good and attentive service. However the food in Asia restaurants is the only one that is good. I had a company event yesterday and the food was poor, tend to be bland (fried rice with Malaysian curry), the other dish (braised chicken with charsiew sauce) was also so so.

We stayed for 3 nights 1721and the rooms are very clean although we made a complain regarding bedsdheet stains on our first night which was corrected immediately by housekeeping. Next day we were provided hospitality beyond believe as the staff provided exceptional service from in room complimentary dining along with luxury complimentary airport transfer. We are so pleased and pleasantly surprised.

Big thank you to Dita from room service dining and Muftars from front desk, both held the Ritz brand of service above standards of excellence.

We will return to Ritz Carlton Jakarta again and thank everyone for making our stays very memorable moments.

Lobby doesn't look like a luxurious hotel, room is much better. Shower tap in the bathroom is hard to turn off as it needs precision between overhead and handle shower. Food is good

Living at the Ritz, great Hotel. The entrance is really warm and inviting the rooms are large clean and efficient. The only downside is it's in a quiet area and a bit of a walk to the main road and balls probably 10 to 15 minute walk.

Best in class service and attention to their guest. Upon reaching the hotel, a dedicated staff brings you up to the room and process your check-in in the room. You'll be offered to press 5 pieces of clothing FOC upon check-in.

Rooms are spacious with a couch that fits 3-4 people, king sized bed, writing desk and TV with cable. Wifi is fast and no need for travel adapters are power sockets are universally friendly.

Toilet fitted with rain shower, 2 wash basins and a bath tub overlooking the city. Ironing board, Iron and hair dryer provided.

Nice hotel, spacious room, strategic location near Jakarta Business District (Thamrin, Soedirman and Kuningan), a little expensive, high profile place as one of favorite foreigner hotel especially western, high security (bombing history several years ago), the restaurant has a lot variety of food but the taste especially Indonesian food had been compromised with western style. The parking lot is rather limited and no integrated shopping mall. After stayed for a week in this hotel i felt bored and decide to move to other hotel.

For a high-end hotel, this Ritz-Carlton has everything that standard high-end hotels have. The hotel has good services, elegant interior design, and great foods. I find the lobby to be very comfortable.

Unfortunately, this hotel has poorly made underground parking structure. Ramps to go down to the parking area is so narrow, so you will have to drive very slow on it. Moreover, signs to find the lobby are hardly seen, thus finding the way to the lobby will take considerably more time than it should be.

Great place to stay. Love the hotel. If you with family, go to level 23 and you will find kids club in the normal office day. You can ask for twin double room for more beds and space in the room hotel.

People say this hotel is one of the best hotel in Indonesia. Actually, I don't think so after visited it some weeks ago. Hard to find entrance and access to lobby. There is no sign. The security is not helpful a lot to handle the traffic. About the food? I could not ignore that they have a great chef. About the meeting room? Sounds great, however, there is no staff stand-by for helping.

The hardcore meaning of perfecto
The Ritz Carlton was an excellent choice. The room was huge with a very nice bathroom. All the extra touches were clearly well thought through. Breakfast was excellent. Service very good. The bar had a pool table! Enjoyed my stay there and it was very handy for my meeting - which is crucial for coping with Jakarta traffic.
Security guards fully aware of slightly movement you make due to terror attacks. You are always watched on lobby area and entrance.
