Great place to stay on a family vacation. The room's clean, cozy and big. The view is great from the balcony. Breakfast is served on the rooftop and yes ofcourse the view is amazing!!! Near to Lotte Shopping Mall, Ciputra so it's convenient if you need to buy anything, or maybe catch a movie orrr go for a saloon trip, etc.

Rooms are huge and all room has great view. Either to Jalan Satrio or Lotte Shopping Avenue or Raffles Hotel and Residences. Get room package with breakfast options! The breakfast area was used to be the penthouse so the view is amazing. And instagrammable 😉

After a long day of meetings, the flight delays, I arrived at 2 am in Somerset Grand City. Instead of greeted by a nice warm bath and a nice comfortable bed before heading to bed feeling recharged for the next day, I found myself in a dispute with the front desk who refused to honor the booking confirmation that my tour agency has set me up for. I have booked together with my colleague, who somehow had a room but not me. I tried my best to convince that something is wrong with the hotel's system as I paid for my rooms. However, the receptionist remains adamant. I gave up after an hour of trying in the ungodly hour of the night and bunk in at my colleague room which had a couch. It was the most uncomfortable sleep ever I had in my entire life.
The following day, I went to check what went wrong and the answer they gave was appalling; they had an email server error on their side which causes my booking to be missing. The compensation I had was an apology letter, a cup noodle and 6 pack of mineral water. They found my booking and straight away check me into a 3 bedroom apartment. When I arrived at the apartment, there were cleaners doing their final touches, I proceed into the room and decided to unload some of my belongings. I explicitly asked if it was alright to leave it here several times, and they said that it wasn’t a problem. When I came back after another day of grueling meetings, I found my belongings were missing. I went straight down to the receptionist to ask where were them. I was told they decided to keep it as they thought it might belong to the previous guest, and had arranged to move it back once I am back.
Overall, I am extremely displeased with how the receptionist checked me in, he lacks authority to make a decision, how they compensated me. How they took my belongings after explicitly communicating that. I was expecting something better of Ascott as I have stayed several times in several different locations. I hope my series of unfortunate events served as a warning.response / report this review -

The location is good. It's near by Lottle shopping mall. You can find restaurants and supermarket easily. There are 2 buildings. I prefer to stay at the building which have breakfast restaurant. I think the rooms in this building is better than another one. The choice of breakfast is not too much.

Something very famous for visitors because of their services . Good on service apartment side. If anyone looking for longer stay with kitchen in it / I mean to say if u are looking for service appartments then this is of the best options.

Service and apartment maintenance is not good for now days. Bad Ac , bathtub and House keeping staff is very lazy .. they do not put towels , water bottles .. also bad cleaning.

A nice serviced apartments at the heart of jakarta city near ITC kaninghan mall. This place offers you free Wi-Fi, gym and swimming area. This also have paid services for sports arena , spa and some other options. Room are spacious and cosy.

Well-maintained two-decade serviced residential complex. Strategic location at the heart of Mega Kuningan CBD next to Lotte Shopping Avenue mall, lots of offices & embassies. Enjoying a meal or hanging out is just a 5-15 minutes walk away

Love the large room and it's location. However it's an old buildings. The carpet is stink and very dusty, i got flu in the morning after i woke up. Breakfast is worse, it's only couple of choice. Their standard being declined in the past year. Seriously you need to fix it.

My family likes the layout of the two bedroom unit where we stayed. Equipped with modern equipment we need with sufficient amenities. The staff was also helpful and their response to our requests is excellent. The Somerset Grand Citra location is obviously strategic if you have to stay for business purposes in Jakarta.

Furnitures were kind of old and dull, and the carpets were so dusty. The room however, was spacious and great, including the bathroom and the kitchen. The furnitures just didn't match to that level of the room.

Great apartment in Jakarta !!!
I used to stay there in 2014 twice.
The location is very nice. Somerset Grand Citra is located in the center of Kuningan city where passengers can reach Shopping malls, super markets in 2 minutes.
Rooms - apartments are too big for 1 person. The smallest room is about 80 square meter (with 1 bedroom) and the largest room is 166 square meter (with 3 bed rooms and big kitchen). Rooms are renewed recently in 2015.
Facilities are quite good with free breakfast, billard, table tennis, swimming pool.
Staying there made me relax. It is family-like feeling.
If I have opportunity to travel to Jakarta again, this aparment will surely my destination.response / report this review -

A great place to chill out and relax, very strategic. But there's one problem, THE Wi-Fi Speed is very slow, normally it goes like 7-15 kbps, so it's not a nice place to do stuffs that has to do with the internet.

Very spacious and luxurious apartments other executive suites. Marble floors throughout even in the ironing room! Floor-to-ceiling windows and nice balconies off two of the three bedrooms and off the living room. A short walk to the neighboring Raffles Hotel comma go up to the second floor and voila, you're in the Lotte mall. It's a great, central place for receiving guests and family and we had a great time.

I visited here to find a serviced residence. It has attractive price but has old fashioned facility also. However the security was very good and the location is near to lotte shopping avenue.
