Nice and big hotel, located in Mangga Dua Square complex. This is quite old hotel, but they still maintain its good condition. Also has a big ballroom that available to rent for wedding party or for company events. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Recommended to stay here.

I was staying in room 6238 from 11-13 may. Had a great stay here and would like to make a special commendation for M. Irfan. He was the housekeeping personel for my room. He's very professional and made my stay here more comfortable and recommended a few nice places for me to go around. I would definitely recommend my peers to stay here while they in Jakarta. The Novotel hotel is really good. The supervisor Mr Dian is friendly. He is good in his job & Irfan were very nice & friendly. He made my day by doing an elephant & peacock towel for usKeep up the good work & I promote. The breakfast was really good & the staff were very friendly & humble.. I rate the hotel 5 star.Will surely comeback & stay here again..

The hotel is centraly located. Nice hotel with pool and lounge. Pay little extra for executive room and enjoy the complimentary benefits. Try to get the newly renovated rooms. Spa is worth a try.

The moment I love the most while staying here is breakfast time!. A lot of range of delicious food. My favourite is the red bean at western corner. This morning I didn't find that bean. So I asked a lady on duty. Got nice serve from and have litle chat with Vera, The FB Ambassador of the hotel. The bedroom is cosy and spacious too. Even I can do my pilates in my bedroom. Staff and the cleaning
Service is very helpful. Wish I can comeback to stay at the again for another bussiness travel 😃

Super hotel at a very convenient price. Rooms are large and new. Swimming pool very nice. Complete and high quality breakfast. SUPER STAFF! Personnel is really kind, I forgot my mobile phone on a taxi and they did all the necessary to let me have it back successfully.

NIce hotel, Located in the sector of electronic market center. Next to the hotel is shopping mall.
Room is nice, breakfast is very good.
The hallway to the room is a little bit long and dark. Not recommended for guest riding a motorcycle. The motorcycle parking place is underground and too far because you have to go across shopping mall before get there.

Fitness centre here is very good. Has all the basic stuff needed for weights..can probably add a barbell for further improvement! The staff of the fitness centre, Ria, is super friendly and professional! Good job guys

The room was clean, but the toilet door was broken and couldn't be locked. This wasn't a problem for me as I was staying with my family anyway. The buffett was excellent, lots of choices and they all tasted good. The staffs were very friendly too.

Stayed there on this month for a couple of days after a long business trip. Wouldn't you know it, I made the reservation for the wrong date. However, the staff was helpful and she helped me got a room for the nights with no additional charge. Here's my review summary for this hotel.

Place : The place is great. Even after being in operation for a number of years, they manage to keep the place looking pristine. The room itself is quite spacious for 2 adults and 1 child
Basic facilities such as pool, gym, and wifi are available.

Location: It cannot get anymore strategic than this. Smack dab in the middle of the city center with plenty choices for food and drinks.

Price: Reasonable given the location and facilities.

Overall : Good experience.

Note:
Two minor things I would like to note though.

1. This past week while I was staying there, I was assigned a room on the 5th floor. Which, as it turns out, right above the aerobic studio. At about 6am, loud music coming from the studio woke me up. At first, I thought it was a club. I called to inquire, they explained it was the aerobic studio one level below. They did offer me to change room if the noise made thing uncomfortable. I declined.

2. I rarely quip about the quality of breakfast. But the quality of the breakfast during my last visit definitely left a lot to be desired.
