Good hotel, but a little bit old. Staffs were friendly and cheerful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Electrical plugs were located at hard to reach places. It's not easy to connect charger for laptop and mobile phone. Breakfast was okay. Good access from Soekarno-Hatta airport through highway.

A middle class hotel in jakarta barat, quite cozy, and home to many social events (everytime i come here there are always meetings and other events). The place is good and strategic. Near west jakarta district court, and slipi plaza, but that's about it.

I only here for a business meeting. Good facility for that purpose: fast internet access, spacious meeting room with projector and sound system that work well. Writing board and stationary for meeting also provided. And the most important is they serve good and various choice of meal for lunch 😉.
Nearest train station to reach here is Tanah Abang or Palmerah.response / report this review -

We got a corner room with city view which is quite good. The food at the restaurant is excellent. There are street food carts, supermarket outside the hotel. Good location

The place is easy to find, the room is quite comfortable, the hall is large, the food in the restaurant is good, however, there are only four elevators in the hotel.

Good place. Good Food.Good for the wedding reception. But the food not warm, the food mostly served cold. Example, when i eat soup asparagus and siomay bandung the food not warm😂

Security check was not so Thorough. Prayer room was available near function hall, but there was no area set aside for ablution. Elevator was incredibly scarce, had to wait for long time or took stairs. Food was good not to overindulge myself. A mall was just across the street. What I liked most? A busway stop is soooo within walking distance. What I dreaded the most? The bathroom had bathtub only. No space for shower. I worried about my mother slipping when climbing the tub for/after shower.

Quite strategic location, good hospitality, nice room, nice swimming pool, they have good cake and bread (especially when you buy it for a half price) 😂😂.
Located in west jakarta but you can reach central jakarta and south jakarta easily.

I love the room, it's spacious, bathroom is also spacious with a great shower and tubs. The television is a bit small and outdated, need immediate improvement here. Cleanliness is okay, bathroom amenities are perfect, and a newspaper every morning. Sound insulation needs improvement, specially in the bathroom, the shower sound from next door is really loud. Breakfast choices are great, tons of choices, but tastewise is a so so. I didn't get the chance to try out the pools, spa and fitness tho, maybe next time. In room dinner menu is great but expensive. Location is easy, close enough to get anywhere, very close to slipi jaya plaza, just a few meters walking distance.

It is just my 2nd day staying here for the review but it had been a good stay so far. The people working there made a huge difference. All of them smile and greet sincerely. The facilities are typical but my meals at the poolside resto had been really good. It is a surprise, having experienced other hotel food in Jakarta. The location is not in the bustle of central Jakarta but it is near enough to get to central for business within 30mins. I picked it cos it is near to my clients' offices and a good location to find food.

A good place to stay in Slipi area. Arrived here via Gading Taxi where I had a very very bad experience with the driver. He wanted to charge 300thousand rupiah for a ride from CGK airport to Menara, which normally cost less than 130 thousand rupiah even on very very bad traffic. When i told him to put the meter on instead, he went berserk.
Shared my experience with the hotel receptionist who checked me in, and by jove, he was justifying the 300thousand rupiah charge. Oh boy.
Ended up being billeted to a Junior Suite, upgraded for whatever reason. Oh well, a good ending to an otherwise crazy night in Jakarta. What a day, and night.

I used to stay here for long period 1 month for every year back in 2009 and 2011. I love the overall hotel and it's services, including the staffs and bosses. Theyre very friendly and warm-hearted. The best I love is the buffets both morning and daytime. I love every food they provide. And I ever got 1 honorable free stay invited by the hotel.

I suppose it is value for money. Late night emergency. Price was v cheap and around the area there is a shopping mall, cinema etc. Easy to go around with busway too. Hotel looks dated for everything: furniture, equipment. But one thing for sure if you like firm bed, this is a good place to sleep in.

In the middle if nowhere. Lousy breakfast. Dead slow check in. They mix the beef and chicken sausages assuming everyone is ok with it forgetting that they need to cater to the major religions, not just Muslims.

I stayed for 5 business-trip days, mostly out for work but room always clean, dry, good even Iam a kind of messy people.
There is free western-breakfast buffet (there is non-curry food) even if your ticket not include, just ask receptionist for manager, they will allow you to join for not only 1 day. The food quite good, maybe this is the best meal in my day because curry-food is not suitable with me.
But, there was a problem with Wifi in my last day and room is too cold even i adjusted, still very cold.

i was here for 2 days training. the 1st day, google maps shows the entrence on jl slipi, and i have to make long u turn., but infact, the hotel entrence is at s parman street, suppose some of you will find it easier and shorther without long u turn from main street.., google hope to fixed.
