Near to a lot of cheap shopping malls, plus great breakfast menu with a mix of both local and international cuisine. Room quality can be improved on though..

Was so surprised & enjoyed with the banquet staff,especially the staff that wearing glasses,he can handle two events all together with excellent.

Apartment ibis mangga dua.. Good location. Walking distance to Mal mangga dua n ITC mangga dua. Nearby to ancol.. jexpo.. old town heritage site n Kota area Ideal place for travel.. Business.. And lesure.

Not at all recommended. Firstly, the place is NO LONGER IBIS. It is bought over by another hotel chain called Horison. Net-net, it does not have any of the standards that Ibis stands for the world over. Worst part is while the standards have dropped, the prices and the name on the travel websites haven't and the hotel management continues to fleece its customers with a poorly maintained property.

Very strong smell welcome us when lift opens at the top. Wonder if it's the air fresheners. Don't like the thought of it.

Air con not really cool, first i stay at 1507 then the aircon have trouble and they moved me to 1509, aircon work but not cool and soap dispenser is empty. For the price this hotel is so so. Nothing special, look outdated style with location on the back.

Terrible hospitality. The driver accidentally dropped us at the wrong Ibis hotel so we asked the front desk to help call him. They said "We are a hotel. No outside calls". Very disappointed at the service of this place.

Wifi: fair sometime drop. Menu: not so good. The screen Tv in room like rainy seasons, channel only +/- 20. Service ibis slipi is better than ibis mangga dua.
