Overnight stay!

Hotel staff are very friendly, easy to talk to and informative.
Shuttle service from Airport was easy to find and very helpful.
Rooms are neat and well maintained. Bed was very comfy and although my room was relatively close to road, very quiet.
Very happy overall.

BEWARE of staying here. One of their employees stole over 100 credit card numbers, names and addresses and placed orders with my business in the USA that has almost put me out of business. They must not have security or check their employees here but massive credit card fraud is going on here so if you don't want your card info stolen don't do business with them.

A great transit hotel with lake view. Cozy and nice ambient pool. Dated room and you may probably find mosquitos in your room. Confusing parking lot that located far away from the lobby. Services quitely good. Buffet menu less variant.

It was formerly Sheraton hotel The bedding linen and upholstery are great. And it's just perfect for transit hotel very close to the airport . Don't miss the SPA treatment over here awesome 😍😘👍

The hotel is close from the airport,that one the good thing, but the service little bit complicated,you need deposit and must be using credit card ,and some time the man with black suits making complicated too .we have been booked online before there but in the front service they still asking many things about room etc ,look not have good communication on internal worker.
But they have good bar in the outside

I love the historical infrastructure and the big rooms. However the rooms are dated and you get mosquitoes within the room. I get friendly counter service upon arrival.

Huge major step down at linjani restaurant. Me and my family used to have buffet dinner here at least once a month. But today, i was quiet disappointed. With now foods are far less varieties, indonesian foods is now down only to 3 menus, before there was more. However, the staff was friendly unfortunately there was one chef went out and staring at us was a bit disturbing, no welcome greet whatsoever.

Great for easy access to the airport. Shuttle every 30 minutes. Nice pool and great rooms and colonial type layout. Lots of mosquitoes around the bar at the pool in the evening.

Bad hotel, service is bad, we have ordered food in bumbo restaurants and it is Indonesian food where you can not eat it due to 10 kg of salty and 10 letter of oil in the food, staff do not know how to serve

My recommendation is not to think even to visit this hotel

We have asked for a wake up call to be at 12pm, received a wake up call at 4am, when we ask is this the correct wake up call received a feedback of sorry
I can not understand is this their way to treat their customers

A good hotel near the airport but there is nothing around not even a convenient shop. Rooms are bit old fashion. Ground floor rooms are nice with good view.

Near the airport and 5 star hotel. Even though the building is old, it has been managed very carefully so don't feel any inconvenient. Before it was sheraton hotel but from last year it went under accor group.

Decent hotel with great service for an airport transit and a good night's sleep. Hotel shuttle was on time and waiting to pick us up. Breakfast and spa both excellent. Hotel itself could use some updating.

Hotel is quiet place, near from the airport. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff are welcome and warmth. The pool also good for relax and enjoying day. And the resto also nice resto with nice food. I love linjani resto.

Missed a flight and stayed here until next day, and was very pleased. Take this place in context: it's effectively an airport hotel, and it's not new. But for what it is, it's unexpectedly nice: lush greenery, pretty pool, a site looking over water, and a resort-style layout. It's dated in appearance, and the hallways aren't air-conditioned, but the bed was great, and the food tasty. People are lovely, hard-working, and helpful, but not moving at the speed of a business hotel downtown. If you need that then go to a business hotel downtown. :-) Whereas, If you know what you're getting here, and calibrate your expectations, it's surprisingly enjoyable.
